SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of work could include upgrades to electrical, plumbing, lighting, restrooms, interior finishes including new flooring, ceiling, paint and cabinetry upgrades. Exterior improvements may include modifications to the entry plaza, parking areas and sidewalks, ADA access barrier removal, redesign of fountain area and existing patios, and structural and/or seismic upgrades as necessary.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Project generally consists of Providing necessary labor, equipment, and materials to construct a concrete transit bus pad, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, relocate existing bus shelter, and associated work in accordance with the project plans, standard specifications, special provisions, and as directed by the Town Engineer. Work on the Project shall be completed within 30 working days.

SCOPE OF SERVICES The general scope of services set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP) represents an outline of the services which the Town anticipates the selected Contractor to perform and is presented for the primary purpose of allowing the Town to compare qualifications. While it is believed that the project requirements set forth in this RFP are in a logical sequence and include all elements essential for a comprehensive project evaluation, improvement plan and services, Contractors are advised to include any subject, items, or procedure they believe may have been overlooked. They may also note required items they believe to be excessive or extraneous. The cost of such items to be added or deleted should be separately noted in the proposal.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK/TYPE OF LICENSE – The work comprises of the following: Airfield safety and security including airport access/badging, access gate management, path of travel management, work site delineation, and debris management (foreign object debris – FOD). Roof repair / replacement including removal of existing roofs and insulation and installation of new insulation and roof, all in accordance with the technical specifications.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK/TYPE OF LICENSE – The work comprises of the following: Airfield safety and security including temporary fencing, airport access/badging, access gate management, path of travel management, work site delineation, and foreign object debris (FOD) management. Building Upgrades to include but not be limited to: Exterior preparation and paint. Interior selective demolition, cleaning and preparation for new finishes. Minor general construction, new ceilings, fixtures, finishes doors, hardware, signage. All new lighting, lighting controls, and circuiting where necessary. New uninterruptible power supply, panel and circuiting, data cabling and security systems pathway. New differed submittal design-build fire sprinkler and alarm systems.

SCOPE OF WORK The City reserves the right to make such alterations, deviations, additions to, deletions or omissions from the plans and specifications, including the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any item or portion of the work, as may be deemed by the Engineer to be necessary or advisable and to require such extra work as may be determined by the Engineer to be required for the proper completion or construction of the whole work contemplated. Such changes, no matter how many, shall be within the contemplation of this Contract and shall not be the basis for a compensable delay or a claim for lost profits.

SCOPE OF WORK The Consultant shall provide preliminary and final engineering services leading to the completion of plans, specifications, and estimates for construction of the desired improvements. Consultant shall prepare a detailed scope and services based, in part and at the minimum, on information presented in this Request for Proposal (RFP) and other information. Consultant is encouraged to include items that are felt necessary for this project within the intent of the grant application.

Scope of Services The Objective of the RFP is to retain the services of a Consultant to perform a systematic needs assessment of the local streets and roads as well as locally owned bridges in California, report the condition of the local system, and describe the overall funding picture for California’s local streets and roads transportation network. The proposed schedule is to have a consultant selected and the contract executed by April 2024, with data collection efforts via a survey to begin in early 2024. The effort will focus on data collection and a memo/summary of the 2024 survey results. The 2026 report will include another round of data collection to begin in early 2026 and include the full report as well as the separate bridge report.

Scope of Services Stanislaus County Public Works is now accepting bids for the North County Corridor Demolition for Utilities and Access Improvements Project. Estimated construction cost for this project is approximately $3,420,000.00. The work to be accomplished includes orchard and tree removal, demolishing foundations, performing hazardous material abatement, performing fence removal, utility removal, and construction of Plainview Road access and driveway access to Rainbow Fields (APN 084-001-013), as shown on the Contract Documents
