Payran / Madison Area Water and Sewer Main Replacement Project

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The WORK includes the replacement of an existing 15-inch sanitary sewer main with new 18-inch PVC sewer main, the installation of new 48-inch and 60-inch sanitary sewer manholes, the abandonment of an existing 6-inch VCP sanitary sewer. Portions of the replacement will include open trench, connecting and extending laterals, sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation, and various sanitary sewer connections. The project includes the relocation of water mains with new 8-inch C900 piping, installation of new 1-inch residential water services and 2-inch commercial services, the replacement of existing fire hydrant assemblies and various appurtenances. The work also includes minor concrete curb and gutter repair, sidewalk repair and trench paving.

Citywide Traffic Signal Enhancement and Congestion Relief Project

Description of Work: The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: upgrades to the City’s traffic signal communication network with added fiber optic lines and signal connections, and enhanced copper ethernet switches. The Project will include improvements at one hundred three (103) intersections by adding video detection, replacement of traffic signal backplates with reflective yellow ones, and replacement of 8-inch signal heads with 12-inch heads. The Project will also include an adaptive traffic signal corridor on Elk Grove Boulevard from Backer Ranch Road to Elk Grove Florin Road (Work).

Magical Bridge Playground and Improvements Project

Project Description :The work includes the design and furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the complete construction of the “Magical Bridge Playground and Improvements Project at Hillside Park in Daly City”. The work includes designing and building a universally accessible, inclusive destination playground based on Magical Bridge’s proprietary design concepts, additional parking, restroom ADA upgrades, and associated improvements. Project Description & Goals: The San Clemente Pump Station Outfall Pipe Rehabilitation Project is a capital improvement project to replace the corroded outfall pipe and related components of the largest storm water pump station in Corte Madera. Work includes repairing the pump station wall, removing the existing welded steel pipe and manifold and replacing it with HDPE pipe and components; installing new vent pipes, check valves, flexible expansion joints, air valves, discharge header, pipe supports, foundations, and fencing.
