SCOPE of WORK Obtaining all permits and providing all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, services and personnel, to adequately carry out or complete the Project. Remove and replace 163 LF of existing 6” sewers with 8” PVC C-900 if by open trench or HDPE SDR-17 if by a pipe bursting. Remove and replace 10 LF of existing 10” gravity sewer main with 10” PVC C900 pipe by open trench in the public right of way. Remove and replace 373 LF of existing 15” gravity sewer main with 18” HDPE SDR17 by pipe bursting. Remove and replace 507 LF of existing 10” gravity sewer main with 18” C900 by open trench within easements on private properties.

SCOPE of WORK The intent of the Contract Documents is to prescribe the details for the construction and completion of the Work, which the Contractor undertakes to perform in accordance with the terms of the Contract. These General Conditions are meant to replace Division I of the State Standard Specifications for all City public works contracts which incorporate these General Conditions by reference. SCOPE OF WORK The work to be performed consists of the Contractor furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the proposed project, complete in place in accordance with the contract drawings and specification and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to setup and maintenance of traffic control system, potholing utilities, the removal and replacement of curb, gutter, asphalt, and sidewalk, cold milling existing asphalt concrete, overlaying with asphalt, water main replacement, raising manholes and valve cans to finished grade, installation of architectural treatments, salvage of existing treatments and features, installation of new traffic signalization, and striping signing and markings. SCOPE OF WORK: This project consists of furnishing and installing all shade structures at various school sites across the District. Scope includes Demo, Earthwork, AC Paving, Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, Landscaping and Irrigation, Electrical, Shade Structures, and other miscellaneous scope as noted. The project is planned to have an approximate duration from March 2024 thru June 2024.

Scope of Work The purpose of this survey was to identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and lead-containing paints and coatings which may be disturbed during the upcoming upgrade project. The visual inspection, bulk sampling, and survey documentation were performed by Joe Blair and Sean Baker. Mr. Blair is a Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC #22-7228) and a California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Certified Lead Inspector / Assessor (LRC-0011791), as required under California regulations. Mr. Baker is a DOSH Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST #23-7487) and CDPH Certified Lead Sampling Technician (LRC-00009402).

Scope of Services The Work comprises reconstruction and overlay of approximately 1,900,000 square feet, in various locations throughout the City of Palm Springs including: recording, preservation and resetting of existing and new survey monuments; pulverization of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement; full depth milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement; 2-inch grind and overlays, full AC grind and overlay, unclassified excavation (export); preparation of subgrade; asphalt concrete paving; adjustment of utility manholes, vaults, and water valves to grade; removal and replacement or installation of concrete curb ramps and select gutters; construction of concrete cross gutters; traffic striping and markings; and all other appurtenant work. The work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of 90 Working days.
