Police Department Security Fence Project

This project includes the installation of new security fencing around the police department parking lot, rolling gates to access the parking lot, lighting throughout the parking lot, electric vehicle chargers, electrical upgrades, concrete, asphalt, and general parking lot upgrades.

Chip Seal Rock and Trucking

Alameda County Public Works Agency (PWA) maintains roadways in rural and unincorporated areas throughout the County jurisdiction. In order to combat the deterioration of roadways maintained by Alameda County as well as to reduce maintenance costs, PWA staff performs preventative maintenance such as Chip Seal application. The Chip Seal application is a group project that relies on trucking services to deliver road screening materials in transfer trucks and trailers that hook up to PWA Etnyre Chip Spreader equipment. Please see Exhibit (B) for reference to Spreader equipment and hook-up.

Abandoned Property/debris Cleanup Services

The City of Rocklin is seeking a qualified entity to provide abandoned property and debris cleanup services. Such services may include but are not limited to providing clean-up, transportation, and disposal of bio-hazardous and non-hazardous waste and other services.

Energy Research + Sustainability Center, Project #PLY 105 California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt

The ER+SC project will consist of the new construction of (a 23,000 GSF) campus building supporting the new Energy Systems Engineering degree program and other campus academic programs related to clean energy, while also strategically collocating a new sustainability center. The new facility will also be supported by the Schatz Energy Research Center, academic program integration, and the Office of Sustainability.

Athletic Field Physical Improvements

The Project consists of: Addition of lighting at tennis courts, varsity softball field and soccer fields Upgrade multisport area with artificial turf, drainage, softball backstop, and lighting Upgrade natural grass field with improved drainage, new turf, and lighting Creation of accessible circulation path between Yosemite Hall and varsity softball and soccer fields Revision of emergency access path to increase efficiency.
