The estimated construction cost for the project is less than $19,700,000. The work to be accomplished includes the construction of a new bridge on River Road (aka Hills Ferry Road) Over the San Joaquin River and then the removal of the existing bridge. Near-Term Water Improvements Project

SCOPE OF WORK Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to install complete and make operational, electrical and process instrumentation systems as specified herein and as shown on the Drawings. The work shall include furnishing, installing, and testing the following: Conduit, wire and field connections for all control devices and electrical equipment furnished under this Contract. Conduit, wiring and terminations for all field-mounted instruments. Install vendor-furnished cables specified under this Contract. Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) Maintenance

Scope of Services CONTRACTOR shall develop a comprehensive inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair service schedule to facilitate the end goal of maximizing the performance and life, inclusive of but not limited to the LNG fuel station and its related components. CONTRACTOR shall provide Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) fuel site maintenance and repair services for the City on an “as needed” basis, as determined by the City. Firebreak Mowing and Disking

Scope of Work To provide all labor, equipment and incidentals to complete firebreak and disking weed abatement along City open spaces, trails and rights-of-ways as specified and described in the list of firebreak and disking locations in this RFP. Furthermore, work to be performed under the specification and as mandated by Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (CCCFPD) minimum weed abatement standards included herein (attachment C) and as mandated by the CCCFPD’s most current revised standards for all contract years. It is incumbent upon the contractor to keep current on those standards and be responsible for compliance. The use of herbicides shall not be used in lieu of manual weed abatement.

Project Description The Project involves a total site area of 2.44 acres consisting of a 1.61‐acre parcel owned by the City and two parcels totaling 0.83 acres owned by CSE (Attachment A). The Project is zoned Downtown North with a Corridor Opportunity Site and Landmark Overlay (see Section 9 for links to relevant plans and studies). The City parcel is located between Big Chico Creek (Bidwell Park) and E. First Street, east of Main Street, and currently consists of a parking lot with 174 public parking spaces.
