Scope of Services Contractors are invited to submit electronic, formal bids for the River Road (aka Hills Ferry Road) Over San Joaquin River Federal Aid Project No. BRLSZ(176) project. The estimated construction cost for the project is less than $19,700,000. The work to be accomplished includes the construction of a new bridge on River Road (aka Hills Ferry Road) Over the San Joaquin River and then the removal of the existing bridge. Other such times and details not mentioned herein that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or detailed.

SCOPE OF WORK Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to install complete and make operational, electrical and process instrumentation systems as specified herein and as shown on the Drawings. The work shall include furnishing, installing, and testing the following: Conduit, wire and field connections for all control devices and electrical equipment furnished under this Contract. Conduit, wiring and terminations for all field-mounted instruments. Install vendor-furnished cables specified under this Contract. Provide field instrumentation including furnishing, installation, calibration, and support commissioning efforts for the flow control station system.

Scope of Services CONTRACTOR shall develop a comprehensive inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair service schedule to facilitate the end goal of maximizing the performance and life, inclusive of but not limited to the LNG fuel station and its related components. CONTRACTOR shall provide Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) fuel site maintenance and repair services for the City on an “as needed” basis, as determined by the City. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that work will be assigned to CONTRACTOR on an individual job or task basis through the City’s issuance of written notice to proceed.

THIS PROJECT INCLUDES REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONTRACT SERVICES FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER, ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW (CEQA) SERVICES, PLANNING SERVICES, ENGINEERING SERVICES FINANCIAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC SAFETY PLANNING FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Scope of Work To provide all labor, equipment and incidentals to complete firebreak and disking weed abatement along City open spaces, trails and rights-of-ways as specified and described in the list of firebreak and disking locations in this RFP. Furthermore, work to be performed under the specification and as mandated by Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (CCCFPD) minimum weed abatement standards included herein (attachment C) and as mandated by the CCCFPD’s most current revised standards for all contract years. It is incumbent upon the contractor to keep current on those standards and be responsible for compliance. The use of herbicides shall not be used in lieu of manual weed abatement.

Project Description: The Project proposes to replace approximately 3,100 feet of existing potable water mains, including all associated valves, fire hydrant connections, and service connections along Military West between West 7th Street and West 11th Street.

Description of Work. The Project to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to complete the Project, with a scope of work to generally include, but is not limited to, the following: full-service removal and disposal of all liquids and solids from Digester #1 and wash down of the interior (the “Work”). full-service removal and disposal of grit from the south grit tank at the Preparation Grit Removal Structure and a wash down of the interior (the “Work”)

Scope of Services The work shall consist of paving various alleys within the City of Redlands. Work includes all necessary demolition, earthwork, grading and paving. Scope also includes removing and replacing concrete, adjusting utilities, disposing excess soil and rock material and restoring all areas and improvements to pre-construction conditions.

Project Description The Project involves a total site area of 2.44 acres consisting of a 1.61‐acre parcel owned by the City and two parcels totaling 0.83 acres owned by CSE (Attachment A). The Project is zoned Downtown North with a Corridor Opportunity Site and Landmark Overlay (see Section 9 for links to relevant plans and studies). The City parcel is located between Big Chico Creek (Bidwell Park) and E. First Street, east of Main Street, and currently consists of a parking lot with 174 public parking spaces.
