SCOPE OF WORK: Includes site mobilization, initial site cleanup, site preparation, removal of asbestos-containing material and toxic waste, encapsulation, enclosure and disposal of asbestos- containing materials and toxic waste by hand or with equipment or machinery; scaffolding, fabrication of temporary wooden barriers and assembly of decontamination stations.

Scope of Services The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of all associated swimming pool mechanical room system including equipment, anchorage, piping, all associated electrical and provide new equipment and housekeeping pads in order to provide a fully operational aquatics center. I. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The general scope of services set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP) represents an
outline of the services which the City anticipates the selected Contractor to perform and is
presented for the primary purpose of allowing the City to compare qualifications.
While it is believed that the project requirements set forth in this RFP are in a logical
sequence and include all elements essential for a comprehensive project evaluation,
improvement plan and services, Contractors are advised to include any subject or procedure
they believe may have been overlooked. They may also note any required items they
believe have been overlooked. They may also note required items they believe to be
excessive or extraneous. The cost of such items to be added or deleted should be
separately noted in the proposal

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Cold milling, roadway excavation and paving; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, concrete curb, gutter, median landscape, median hardscape; utility protection; utility relocation, cooperation and coordination; pavement delineation and signing, and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions. The Engineer’s construction cost estimate for the above project is $390,000 (rounded to the nearest ten thousand).

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be done consists, in general, of installation of horizontal drains and associated work.

Scope of Services: The services provided pursuant to this Contract consist of those services as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 2223-049 (hereinafter “RFP”) and specifically in this Contract, the Appendices, and any attachments (the “Services”). The Services shall be provided on the dates and times determined by the Authority at the designated Authority communities and facilities. In addition, the Authority shall retain the right to implement and/or enforce any item issued as a part of the RFP, except to the extent inconsistent with this Contract.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials, required for RFB# 8460 – MS Tank #2 Concrete & Piping Repair Project, as provided for and set forth in said plans and specifications, or in either of them, which said plans and specifications are hereby referred to and by such reference incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. All of the said work done under this Agreement shall be under the supervision of and performed to the satisfaction of the Regional San Engineer who shall have the right to reject any and all materials and supplies furnished by the Contractor which do not comply with said Scope of Work and plans and specifications, together with the right to require the Contractor to replace any and all work furnished by the Contractor which shall not be in strict accordance with said plans and specifications
