Replace sports field light poles and fixtures

Scope of Work. A. De Anza Park: Demolition of six (existing baseball field light poles and fixtures, demolition of eight existing soccer field light poles and fixtures, installation of six new baseball field and four new soccer field light poles, light fixtures and light controllers with one (1) new controller cabinet added to existing location. All remaining park elements are existing to remain and not in contract. B. Bon View Park: Removal of one existing wooden light pole and foundation, infill & patch back previous pole location and installation of one new replacement metal pole, foundation and led light fixture adjacent to existing baseball field. C. Jay Littleton Ball Park: Removal above and below grade of two existing baseball field sports net poles and replacement/installation of two sports net poles with new in-like king poles at same locations, all remaining park elements are existing to remain and not in contract.

Mill Creek Wetlands Water Quality Monitoring and Reporting

Project Description: The Project is one component of the City of Ontario’s strategy to treat discharges from the City’s target municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) watershed, including New Model Colony. Flows will be diverted from Cucamonga Creek, which currently carries storm runoff, nuisance flows, and treated wastewater from an approximate 77 square-mile watershed that includes the cities of Ontario, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland. The Project includes the construction, operation, and maintenance of a diversion pipe and a series of wetland ponds for the purpose of regional water quality treatment of urban runoff. These facilities will be located in uplands adjacent to Cucamonga/Mill Creek.

SCOPE OF WORK Please see the attached HMMP dated June 2023. The City expects the contractor to be responsible for the completion of all required clearing and grubbing, planting, irrigating, monitoring, maintenance, and nesting bird surveys, etc. unless otherwise noted to the responsibility of the City or Project Ecologist for the duration of the project.
