Scope of Services The Objective of the RFP is to retain the services of a Consultant to perform a systematic needs assessment of the local streets and roads as well as locally owned bridges in California, report the condition of the local system, and describe the overall funding picture for California's local streets and roads transportation network. The proposed schedule is to have a consultant selected and the contract executed by April 2024, with data collection efforts via a survey to begin in early 2024. The effort will focus on data collection and a memo/summary of the 2024 survey results. The 2026 report will include another round of data collection to begin in early 2026 and include the full report as well as the separate bridge report.
