Description: The work of this project consists generally of: without limitation, the manufacture, delivery, and installation of a 36’ by 40’ modular restroom and concessions building by a company that has a Division of the State Architect (DSA) Pre-Check (PC) approval for a structure of this size. The project includes coordination with, and obtaining approval from, DSA. Contract Documents fully describe the Work. Substantial Completion of the work shall be achieved by November 1, 2025. Final Completion of the work shall be achieved by December 1, 2025. Contractor is advised that Contract is tentatively scheduled to commence on July 22, 2024.
