Weed Mowing Services

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for Weed Mowing Services.

Sport Court Resurfacing

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing to the District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the cleaning, repairs, resurfacing, and line painting of sport courts in public parks

Playground Rubberized Surface Seal Coat

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing to the District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the sealing (and a repair at Constellation Park) of the playground Poured in Place and/or PebbleFlex rubberized surfaces at the following twenty-three (23) playgrounds within the Cosumnes Community Services District

Solar Energy Services City of Auburn Public Works Department

The City of Auburn (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) pursuant to California Government Code section 4217.10 et seq., Auburn Municipal Code section 37.10, and other applicable law. The City intends to produce power to offset electricity use at City-owned sites, reduce energy costs, and reduce the City’s carbon footprint. Thus, the City is seeking a qualified contractor/vendor (Contractor / Company) to design, fabricate, deliver, and install roof-mounted and ground-mounted utility-interactive solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at six (6) sites in the City of Auburn.

French Valley Recycled Water Retrofit Project Phase Three

Work will primarily consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for recycled water on-site retrofits to convert irrigation systems currently using potable water to recycled water as shown in the drawings and specifications.

Downtown Torrance String Light Installation

The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the installation of decorative string lights along the following street segments: Post Avenue between Cravens Avenue and Sartori Avenue Marcelina Avenue between Cravens Avenue and Sartori Avenue Cravens Avenue between Torrance Boulevard and Carson Street.

Transportation and Removal of Hazardous Materials

The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide transportation and removal of Hazardous Waste services. The City plans to award one agreement for both emergency and routine hazardous waste service requests but may select one or multiple firms to perform all services as required in Exhibit A. The successful proposer(s) will provide emergency response services including clean-up, collection, transportation, and proper disposal of hazardous materials. Proposer(s) responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be properly certified by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and experienced to conduct emergency response services related to hazardous materials in the City’s public rights-of-way or City facilities.

2021/2022 Arterial and Minor Streets Maintenance, Phase 2

The City of Riverside Public Works Department has determined bidders shall hold a valid Class “A – General Engineering Contractor” or a Class “C-12 – Earthwork and Paving Contractor” State of California Contractor’s license in good standing.

Emergency and Non-emergency Contractor

The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking qualified contractors to provide emergency and/or non-emergency repair work. The agreement(s) awarded shall be subject to prevailing wage requirements. The City anticipates selecting one or multiple contractors to perform the services on an as-needed basis in four separate categories: Emergency General Engineering Contractor Services, Non-Emergency General Engineering Contractor Services, and Emergency General Building Contractor Services.
