Montalvo and Riviera Pedestrian Bridges Coating Replacement Project

The project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, methods and processes, tools, implements and machinery which are necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The work to be performed, consists, in general, of clearing and grubbing as necessary to complete the work, and removing the existing bridge coating, sandblasting, surface preparation, and painting of the Montalvo and Riviera Pedestrian Bridges located at 200-ft west of the intersection of Avenida Montalvo and Avenida Lobeiro, and is in close proximity and parallel to OCTA Metrolink railroad bridge.

Headworks Grit Cyclone Replacement Project

Cardinal Child Development at San Bernardino HS

The project consists of a new, one-story approximately 15,000 SF child development center including classrooms, indoor play and dining rooms, administration offices and support spaces. Exterior spaces include exterior learning spaces, playgrounds, parking, and a tree house. Other site improvements include all new service connections.

Data Center Construction Consulting Services

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors who can provide data center construction consulting services to support its mission and objectives. The purpose of this RFP is to gather information about the capabilities, experience, and pricing of potential vendors, and to identify the best solutions for the County’s data center construction needs.

Port of Hueneme Landscape Project

On-call Door / Gate Installation and Repair Services Hollywood Burbank Airport RFB No. Ma23-01

Each selected Respondent (“Contractor””) shall provide door and gate installation and repair services on a task order basis. Proposed hourly service rates shall be fully burdened, including all labor costs, standard disposable materials and hand tools, delivery charges, fuel costs and surcharges, administrative costs, overhead and profit, and taxes. Other environmental fees/recycling facility costs/disposal manifests and associated permit fees shall be prepaid and billed at documented cost

Walnut Way Sewer and Alley Improvements

The work to be constructed hereunder is located along Walnut Way from the Brea Trail to N. Brea Blvd. in the City of Brea, California. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, mobilization, rehabilitation of alley, AC pavement, PCC valley gutter, sewer services reconstruction and SSMH coating, adjustment of manholes, water meters, water box, and utility vaults to finish grade, striping, BMP’s, pothole, CCTV of sewer, and all other incidentals and requirements pursuant to the plans and specifications.

Construction Management & Inspection Services

The City of Brea has several upcoming projects programmed as part of the fiscal year 2023-2024 7-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP includes projects in the following categories: street improvements, traffic safety enhancements, water improvements, storm drain improvements, sewer improvements, facility improvements, park improvements and golf course improvements. Ongoing annual projects such as slurry seal, sidewalk replacement, sewer mainline relining, and miscellaneous water improvements will continue as funding allows.
