10025 – S. Bascom Ave Protected Bikeways

Description of Work: The Project generally involves enhancing the existing Class II bikeway on Bascom Avenue to a 1-mile Class IV protected bikeway. Bikeway project elements include painted bike lanes, plastic posts, and extruded concrete curbs. In many locations along the corridor, the protected bike lane is designed to run adjacent to a row of parked cars to provide additional protection from motor vehicle traffic.

Consulting Services for Buckley Cove Dredging Project

SCOPE OF SERVICES The Proponent shall provide Engineering support services during State and Agency permitting process, contractor proposal phase, contract award, dredging, and project closeout. Shoreline Golf Links Greens Refresh

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of Mountain View is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor and materials to perform renovation of Hole No. 2 and Hole No. 12 Greens Complexes at Shoreline Golf Links, located inside Shoreline at Mountain View. The intent of the project is to replace the greens that have settled due to landfill differential settlement, and work involves the replacement of infrastructure and surface improvements which are no longer functional as a result of the settlement.

SCOPE OF SERVICES A. GEOGRAPHY The DTPP covers approximately 100 acres and includes the historic retail core of the City as well as a mix of office, residential, and civic uses. It is anchored by the Transit Center at the north end of the DTPP area and stretches to El Camino Real in the south. The DTPP also includes properties one to two blocks from Castro Street, accomodating residential transition areas between the commercial core and the largely single-family neighborhoods that surround it.

GEOGRAPHY The Moffett Boulevard Project Area is approximately 20 acres and includes both sides of Moffett Boulevard north of the City’s Downtown area/Transit Center and Central Expressway to the south to the Valero gas station on the southeast corner of Moffett Boulevard and West Middlefield Road to the north (see Figure 1), and properties on Stierlin Road, including portions of the 100 Moffett Boulevard apartment complex and the Community Services Agency.
