Scope of Work Each Bidder is to evaluate the area to determine the required square footage amount of flooring material needed. Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, safety apparatus, etc. required to remove and dispose existing flooring, prep floor, moisture test, install LVT, install base, install equal or above quality product as outlined in Section VII – Exhibit “A” and install thermoplastic Rubber Cove Roll Base of 4” (colored to be selected) per attached Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part thereof.

SCOPE OF WORK: 1.PORCHES, STEPS, AND RAMPS TO BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED BY OTHERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT 2. PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS TO BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED ON SITE BY OWNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT 3. SCOPE OF WORK A. General and Specifications. The work consists of the removal and the replacement of damaged PCC curb, gutter, sidewalk, and deteriorated pavement areas; installation of detectable warning surface (truncated dome); cold plan existing pavement & crack fill entire street width, placing asphalt rubberized hot mix (ARHM) surface course; adjusting storm drain manholes, sewer manholes, and water/hydrant valve covers to finished grade; installing traffic signal loops, traffic control, signs, posts, striping, pavement marking, curb marking and all appurtenant work in connection therewith as shown on the plans and described in the specifications.

Scope of ServicesInstallation of Streetlight poles with mast arms, luminaries, metering pedestals, 600-Volt cables, numbering of poles and handholes, Ubicquia Wireless Controller (nodes) for remote monitoring of streetlights, fuses, connectors, and connection of wires in existing conduit to make complete streetlight functional at Industry Business Center West-all materials are provided by the City of Industry
