Scope of Work The District is seeking a professional firm (Contractor) to complete the bathroom repairs project at the Half Moon Bay Fire Station 40, located at 1191 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. The contractor will be performing the following: Two Fire Station Crew Bathrooms: Remove and dispose of existing shower stall Install new (like kind to existing) shower pan (Brand: Kohler or equivalent) Install floor-to-ceiling white 3”x6” subway tile with soap shelf and corner seat (Brand: Dail, or equivalent).

SCOPE OF WORK The selected Construction Manager (CM) Firm is expected to have extensive water conveyance, water treatment, wastewater treatment, engineering, and construction management experience. The selected CM Firm will provide complete construction management services, including preconstruction services, construction management, coordination, scheduling, administration, inspection, materials testing, submittal review and approval coordination, component/system commissioning, and preparation of project records and close-out documents for the project including preparation of an operations manual and coordination of required training.

SCOPE OF WORK It’s crucial that the awarded Contractor ensure the athletic turfs at the High Schools in Fresno, California remain safe, playable, and attractive. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the athletic turfs. Reference attached Appendix A for school name, name of fields, and field locations for each site.

Scope of Services The City of Modesto is requesting bids for ON-CALL PLUMBING SERVICES for miscellaneous plumbing service work at various locations throughout the City of Modesto on an as needed or emergency response basis. The work consists of a series of individual projects to maintain, repair, or improve existing city owned or leased facilities and non-City facilities impacted as a result of water distribution and sanitary sewer system improvements or required repairs to maintain public health and safety. The work under this contract will be divided into multiple separate sub-projects, which are undefined at this time. Contractor shall have at a minimum an active State of California Contractor’s License with Classification C36 for Plumbing.

A responding firm’s submittal must, at a minimum, address the tasks described below. Please note that the tasks described below reflect the minimum number of components required for the Action Plan. SCOPE OF WORK : Property Management Services(PM Services) are needed to assist the Orange County Flood Control District (District) with the management of District-owned land in the Prado Dam Basin area, located in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties as well as other properties owned by the District as described herein. Description of Project: Provide asphalt concrete milling; placing asphalt concrete overlay; asphalt concrete pavement repair and replacement; mandatory use of recycled water; Portland cement concrete road base repair, removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk, curb, gutter, valley gutter and driveways; installing or replacing curb ramps; installing truncated domes; bridges repairs, remove and replacing bridge deck planks, bridge handrails, wire mesh safety railing, minor electrical work; new manholes installation, tree trimming; traffic control; crack sealing; potholing; surveying; striping; placing legends and pavement markers; site preparation; lowering manholes, catch basins, utility boxes, vaults and then raising back to grade following paving., including all incidental and related work as required by Construction Documents herein (Project).
