Scope of ServicesThe project includes, but is not limited to, reconfiguring and improving approximately 300 sf of existing office and record management space which involves demolition/removal of existing partition walls, doors, flooring, parts of electrical and mechanical systems; installation of new partition walls, furred-out walls, a new exhaust fan system, new communications equipment, new light fixtures, new suspended ceiling system, new flooring, new owner-supplied furniture and equipment; painting; and other related work to complete the work per project’s plans and specifications.

SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish all materials and will perform all of the work for the following: Cajon Street and Cypress Avenue Traffic Signal Improvement Project, complete all items as required by the Contract Documents (as herein defined) and Specifications for City’s Cajon Street and Cypress Avenue Traffic Signal Improvement Project, Project No. 253008 (the “Work”)

Scope of Services The City of Pomona (“City”) is seeking quotes from qualified companies to perform maintenance, service, and repairs on the Water Resources emergency back-up generators. The department currently operates nine (9) stationary and/or portable gensets.

Scope of ServicesThe City of Pomona (the “City”) is soliciting bids from firms for Pomona Multi-Neighborhood Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement Project No. 428-67930 Federal No. ATPL-5070(035) IFB NO: 2023-46. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents located in Documents and Attachments tab.

Scope of Services The project will replace a segment of the 8-inch raw water distribution in a new alignment and reconnect to the raw water distribution system. A segment of the existing 8-inch asbestos cement pipe will be abandoned in place and a portion will be removed.

SCOPE OF SERVICES The Services sought under this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) are set forth in more detail in the Scope of Services Section, incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the inclusion of such Services in the Scope of Services Section, the final scope of Services negotiated between City and the successful Proposer shall be set forth in the Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) executed by and between City and the successful Proposer. A copy of the Agreement is attached and incorporated herein by this reference.

Scope of work Consultant shall assist with the implementation and monitoring of solid waste, recycling, and organics programs for commercial businesses and multifamily housing complexes in conjunction with the City’s franchise agreement with Burrtec Waste and Recycling Services. Work is to be done on an hourly basis. The City has approximately 4,282 businesses, including approximately 260 restaurants and 150 multifamily housing complexes, as of the date of the date of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Most of said businesses/multifamily complexes have already been approached but do require outreach at least once a year to monitor recycling programs and offer additional training and/or services. New businesses will need to be approached by the consultant

SCOPE OF WORK The CM Consultant’s Scope of Work shall include at least the tasks described below: TASK 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT Consultant shall be responsible for detailed management of the project, including subconsultants and subcontractors, and will keep the City appraised of the status of the project. Together with each monthly invoice, Consultant shall submit a status report detailing the amount expended on the Services to that date and the remaining amount to be expended before the Cost Ceiling is reached. Consultant shall notify CITY in writing when payments have reached 90 percent of the Cost Ceiling, by deliverable.

Scope of Work Task 1: Project Management and Initiation The Proposer shall establish and maintain effective project management and communication throughout the project. This task shall include providing project management to ensure fulfillment of the project scope of work within budget and schedule. This task addresses the management responsibilities associated with proper scheduling, budget control, review of work product and deliverables, invoice preparation, and coordination with City staff and the Proposer’s project team.
