Solid Waste and Recycling Program Field Consultant

Scope of work Consultant shall assist with the implementation and monitoring of solid waste, recycling, and organics programs for commercial businesses and multifamily housing complexes in conjunction with the City’s franchise agreement with Burrtec Waste and Recycling Services. Work is to be done on an hourly basis. The City has approximately 4,282 businesses, including approximately 260 restaurants and 150 multifamily housing complexes, as of the date of the date of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Most of said businesses/multifamily complexes have already been approached but do require outreach at least once a year to monitor recycling programs and offer additional training and/or services. SCOPE OF WORK The CM Consultant’s Scope of Work shall include at least the tasks described below: TASK 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT Consultant shall be responsible for detailed management of the project, including subconsultants and subcontractors, and will keep the City appraised of the status of the project.
