Architect Services For Design of the East Oakland PRIDE Site Improvements Project

The District plans to execute site improvements on a District-owned site located at East Oakland PRIDE, in Oakland, Alameda County, California (to be referred to in this RFQP as “the Project”). The asphalt paving at the school site is generally in poor condition with an immense number of pavement cracks throughout in the parking lot and playground areas. The District believes the best approach would be to “mill and replace” the asphalt paving for the entire site.
