The Project consists of Site Work Paving repair and path of travel upgrades at the Students' parking lot and adjacent quad Building Work Restrooms accessibility compliance safety upgrades for students and staff at building A, B, H, and W. Required mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire - alarm infrastructure upgrades (at upgraded restrooms) and removal, disconnecting, re-reconnecting sprinkler piping systems as required due to (n) HVAC ductwork at soffit located at the end corridors of building A, B, C, & D. No alteration or changes to (e) sprinkler system design. Replacement of non-compliant drinking fountains at the path of travel. Replacement of various damaged doors and frames
