Description of Work The road work to be performed consists in general of preparing subgrade and importing aggregate base and Hot Mix Asphalt for repairing unstable areas ofthe existing roadway at designated locations by removingand replacing base and asphalt, and placing a full road Hot Mix Asphalt overlay over the repaired areas for the following project: Road Reconstruction County Line Road – 2047 Canal to Browning Road Clearing and grubbing, traffic control, placement ofreinforcement fabrics and traffic markings; and other such items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, Standard Plans or these Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.

Scope of Services The City of Pomona requests the submission of a response to this Request for Proposal from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations licensed in California to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for Bridging Documents for a new parking structure in the downtown area located at 240 West 1st Street, Pomona, Ca 91766, also referred herein as “Lot 10 Parking Structure,” or “Project”. The City intends to present the award of this project in the summer of 2024.

Scope of Services The City of Norco is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms with proven experience to conduct Architecture Design Services and provide a PS&E Package for a replacement HVAC System at Norco Fire Station 47 – 3902 Hillside Avenue, Norco, CA 92860. Fire Station 47 was built in 2004 and is 16,600 square feet. The building is in daily operational use and the existing HVAC system is 20 years old. The Fire Station is a wood-framed building that incorporates an administrative section along with an Emergency Operation Center. Related to the design proposal, proposers should include the cost of ducting air balancing as part of the design costs to ensure quality in design. Plans shall be stamped by a State of California Licensed Architect along with a State of California Registered Professional Engineer.

Scope of Services The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of weed abatement, crack sealing, slurry sealing, pavement markings, localized full depth pavement repairs, and striping, on various streets in the City and all appurtenant related work to the satisfaction and acceptance of the City Engineer.

Scope of Services The work to be completed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of: Removal and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and drive approaches; tree root removal; removal and replacement of ADA pedestrian curb ramps; cold planing; full pavement reconstruction/regrading; adjustment of water valve covers to grade; adjustment of sewer manholes and cleanouts to grade; road culvert drainage system; traffic signing, striping and stenciling; street lighting; landscape and irrigation; and street sweeping as required by the plans, Standard Specifications, and the Special Provisions.

Scope of Services Local Roads AC Resurfacing Project (CIP No. 24-19) PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to time of 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The work to be done is described in these Bid and Contract Documents for the above stated Project. The general Scope of Work is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work will consist of: resurfacing the existing pavement by grinding and overlaying AC, removal and replacement of: 17 existing non-compliant accessible curb ramps, curb, gutter and cross gutters. The replacement of striping, and signage.

Scope of Services Bradley Road/Paloma HS Entrance Improvements (CIP No. 23-03) PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to time of 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The work to be done is described in these Bid and Contract Documents for the above stated Project. The general Scope of Work is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work will consist of widening 200 linear feet of existing roadway to ultimate condition. We will be extending the sidewalk on the east side of Bradley Rd. adding an ADA ramp at the northern driveway of Paloma High School. PROJECT TIMELINE This project is date specific, and the construction schedule shall be strictly adhered. The Contractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction time schedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by City Engineer.

Scope of Work The project features constructing a new pedestrian undercrossing connecting Corral Beach to the Sara Wan trailhead. The undercrossing will include providing adequate width, head clearance, ADA accessibility, and lighting to improve pedestrian visibility and safety. The design of these improvements will include an evaluation of existing conditions, an environmental analysis, an analysis of at least 3 different design alternatives, development of project performance metrics, and site-specific information for design. The scope also includes permitting, including obtaining a Local Coastal Development Permit, and a Caltrans encroachment permit. Preparation for and conducting public meetings as needed.

Scope of Services The successful firm will prepare a complete set of specifications for each roof, utilizing the initial requirements contained in appendices, for review and approval by city staff, obtain a no-fee permit from the city’s Building and Safety Division and Public Works Department, and restore or reconstruct the roof as described in attached RFP.
