Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Implementation Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work specifically includes all work as represented by the Drawings, the Specifications and all other Contract Documents issued for construction and subsequent approved revisions and addenda. The project consists of replacing the existing register and endpoint on water meters 2- Inches and smaller with a City provided Badger Meter AMI register and endpoint, obtaining the GPS location of every water meter box in the City, visually inspecting and documenting the pipe material of the water service line on the City and customer side at selected water meter boxes, and furnishing and replacing the existing water meter box lid with an AMI-compatible polymer lid at every water meter.

Bookstore Loading Dock Project

Scope of Work In general, the scope of work consists of the design and construction, under a procedure more commonly referred to as “turnkey construction,” a Design-Build project, known as the Bookstore Loading Dock project. The successful proposer will be required to design, supply and install a mechanical loading dock on the proposed site, as prescribed. Each proposer will submit a technical proposal and cost proposal to design and construct the total project.

Backflow Testing and Repair Services

Scope of Work Check in at the Administration Building A, Front desk prior to commencing work. Contractor shall wear company uniform, if issued, and provide photo identification prior to receiving a Home issued visitor badge. Visitor badge is to be visibly worn at all times while on the premises. Check out with Security at the end of the work day. Provide three (3) business days’ notice to the Contract Manager prior to commencement of testing. Meet or exceed State testing procedures and water authority requirements. Perform all work to industry standards and complete work in a time, efficient and professional manner. 5. Remove all equipment, trash and debris when leaving the job site. 6. Notify Contract Manager or designee of any recommended repairs and obtain approval prior to commencement of repair work.
