New Construction Substantial Rehabilitation Multi-Family or Single-Family Affordable Housing

Scope of Services The City of Fresno (City) is soliciting applications from housing development organizations to construct new affordable housing or complete substantial rehabilitation to existing housing. The selected developer(s) will be required to perform all aspects of development (i.e.: property acquisition, entitlement, environmental clearance, financing, and construction). As an incentive, the City is proposing to provide funding through various federal and/or state programs up to $14,818,763. Sources may include HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funding, Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) funding to a City-certified CHDO project, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding specifically for acquisition.

Stage Red Interior Remodel

Scope of Services Demolition, construction of new Balconies, new bars, new raised platform, and new walls, ceilings, installation of new lighting, flooring, foodservice equipment, Audio/Visual equipment, and finishes, including all new Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical scope. All improvements noted, as identified on the Construction Plans, prepared by Ideation Group, Inc (“Construction Plans”). Contractor shall be responsible for demolition, construction, and installation of all improvements specifically identified on or implied by Construction Plans, unless specifically noted on the Construction Plans to be performed by others. Scope of Services Alley East of Alabama St., Between Lincoln Ave. and Knoxville Ave., Water Main Replacement Project (CC1716): The project consists of the installation of approximately 270 linear feet of 6-inch diameter PVC AWWA C900 (DR 14) water pipeline, 4,600 square feet of alley pavement replacement, including reconstruction of alley approaches and cross gutter within the alley. Alabama Alley Water Main Replacement Project from Lincoln Ave to Memphis Ave (CC1717): The project consists of the installation of approximately 300 linear feet of 6-inch diameter PVC, AWWA C900 (DR-14) water pipeline, 8,200 square feet of alley pavement replacement, including reconstruction of alley approaches and cross gutter within the alley. The contract shall allow the Contractor 120 working days to complete the contract.
