SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Blythe Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide HVAC maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance recommendations and the terms set forth in this Agreement.

SCOPE OF WORK (Continued) 5. Detailed description of work to be performed: A. This work shall include all equipment, labor, materials, services, and supplies to sustain and maintain in an attractive, healthy, and safe condition all flowers, ground covers, lawns, shrubs, trees, and all other plants. It shall also include the proper clean-up and off-site disposal of all clippings, debris, prunings, etc., generated in the process. All work shall be in full compliance with procedures and techniques as described and outlined in the specifications. Paved surfaces should be kept clean.

Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, “Scope of Work” that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits.

The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements.

This project includes Redding Flooring Replacement

PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Electrical system services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation.

Purpose The Division is responsible for administering the City’s current and long-range planning activities. These activities include administration of the Comprehensive General Plan, the Zoning Code, and ordinances related to the City’s growth and development. Current planning activities include the review and processing of land use applications, including site plans, conditional uses, land divisions, specific plans, planned developments, variances, etc. Long-range planning activities vary, but may include Comprehensive 2 General Plan amendments, subarea concept plans, code development, transportation planning projects and other efforts based on the City’s priorities.

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED VPD is located within the continuous structure of Vernon City Hall. VPD occupies the ground-level story and a subterranean lower story of the original building. City Hall occupies the second and third stories of the original building. A south wing extends the second story of City Hall over a ground-level parking lot. Police radio reception is generally poor to non-existent throughout the Police Department and City Hall.
