Professional Services Related to Poured in Place Playground Resurfacing

The Jurupa Community Services District Parks Department is currently responsible for providing recreation programs, services and events; managing and maintaining over 240 acres of parkland, including 15 parks, a 30,000 square foot Community Center, a 5,000 square foot Activity Center, and a 2.5 acre special event venue in the JCSD Parks Territory within the City of Eastvale; graffiti abatement for the cities of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley; and maintaining over 4 million square feet of public frontage and median landscaping, as contracted by the cities of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley.

Wastewater Division on-call Roofing Inspection and Repair Services (Rebid)

SCOPE OF WORK. The 2018 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the 2019 Errata No. 1 to the Standard Specification for Public Works Construction 2018 Edition (collectively the “Greenbook”) is incorporated by this reference. Cherry Hill Detox Roof Replacement

The Project consists of: Contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete roof replacement of approximately 9,100 square feet. Contractor shall remove and safely dispose of the existing roofing, including approximately 8,700sqft of asphalt shingle and 400sqft of built-up asphalt roofing. The contractor shall inspect the roof for dry rot or other structural issues and make recommendations to the County, if needed. The contractor will install a Guardian fall safety system.
