The Project consists of furnishing and installing a new bleacher with new concrete pad.

The Project consists of construction of a new greenhouse with a new foundation and all utilities connections.

The Jurupa Community Services District Parks Department is currently responsible for providing recreation programs, services and events; managing and maintaining over 240 acres of parkland, including 15 parks, a 30,000 square foot Community Center, a 5,000 square foot Activity Center, and a 2.5 acre special event venue in the JCSD Parks Territory within the City of Eastvale; graffiti abatement for the cities of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley; and maintaining over 4 million square feet of public frontage and median landscaping, as contracted by the cities of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley.

SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents.

This project includes Rogers and TVES Playground Equipment Replacement.

SCOPE OF WORK. The 2018 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the 2019 Errata No. 1 to the Standard Specification for Public Works Construction 2018 Edition (collectively the “Greenbook”) is incorporated by this reference. As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide oncall roofing inspection and repair services for the Wastewater Division. The not to exceed Contract amount will be $185,000 for a three (3) year period.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the Construction of new curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and curb ramps, Construction of pavement widening  Upgrade of drainage systems Paving, grinding, and striping, Installation of a flashing beacon for bike crossing, Replacement/relocation of signs, Replacement/relocation of lighting and utilities, Traffic control

The Project consists of: Contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete roof replacement of approximately 9,100 square feet. Contractor shall remove and safely dispose of the existing roofing, including approximately 8,700sqft of asphalt shingle and 400sqft of built-up asphalt roofing. The contractor shall inspect the roof for dry rot or other structural issues and make recommendations to the County, if needed. The contractor will install a Guardian fall safety system.

The Alameda County General Services Agency – Building Maintenance Department (GSA-BMD) intends to procure professional services to perform a comprehensive condition assessment report and develop and implement a plan to modernize the elevator equipment at the 8201 Edgewater building located at 8201 Edgewater Drive in Oakland, CA. The County is seeking to contract with a consulting firm to manage a turnkey process for an elevator condition assessment and modernization plan.
