The work to be performed under this contract consists of: Remove and Replacing damaged concrete improvements or installing new PCC at Del Amo Boulevard from Central to Wilmington; grinding and Overlay of road pavement of Del Amo Blvd from Central to Wilmington with Asphalt Rubberized Hot Mix (ARHM). Work includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and incidentals required for tree removal; PCC improvements removals and replacement; cold milling full-width AC surface 2” in thickness, and overlay with ARHM Finishing Course 2” in thickness; also, includes removal and replacement “Dig-Out” of localized failed 4” AC sections at specified locations, compacting existing CAB Base to min. 95% relative compaction;
This project includes ON-CALL SERVICES FOR CONCRETE REMEDIATION.
SCOPE OF WORK. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor,materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary for the painting ofthe interior ceilings and the interior and exterior walls of the 30,062 square foot AgouraHills/Calabasas Community Center (AHCCC). Next, include removal and reinstallation of thecurrent bleacher system, the removal and hauling of existing gym floor, removal and disposal ofexisting rubber vent cove base, installation of new rubber vent cove base, installation of newgym floor
Work on this project generally installation of two (2) owner furnished electrical vehicle charging stations at the City of Shasta Lake City Hall campus. Work includes installation of a main switchboard, conduit, conductors, grounding, concrete foundations, anchorage, trenching, backfill, bonding, operational readiness testing, functional acceptance testing, concrete flatwork, concrete curb, asphalt concrete, pavement striping, pavement markings, striping removal, seal coat, grading, traffic control and wheel-stops.
This project includes STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE 2.
Project primarily consists of replacing approximately 2,530 LF of sewer pipe with 6” and 8” HDPE pipe at 7 different locations by the pipe burst method and replacing lower lateral pipes at the same locations
General work description: Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, material transportation, and performing all operations associated with basic site materials and methods as indicated on the Plans and specified in the Contract Documents. The work includes but is not limited to, the following: Provide traffic control. Repair damaged curb and railing on Globe Station inbound mini-high repair. Remove the existing damaged block wall on Globe Station. Restore the concrete platform area where the footing of the modular block wall is removed. Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to and after installation. Site clean-up and finish work.
Work on the project includes but is not limitedto, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment,transportati,on, and incidentals necessary for,removing and installing storm pipeline &manhole, asphalt grinding & paving, earthwork,solider pile I-beam & wood lagging soilretention wall, and all other work included onthe plans for the above mentioned project. Bidsare required for the entire work describedherein.
The work to be performed consists of general plumbing repair and/or modifications, and shall include but not be limited to: repairs and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures; repair or replacement of water, gas, air and sewer piping, including underground piping; repair or replacement of septic systems, including seepage pits; and repair of valves, piping, etc. in confined areas. Work shall be performed only when directed by the Facilities Maintenance Division.
