Qualifications for Design-Build Entities for the Fontana Action Park

Scope of Services Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build Entities to provide Design-Build Services for a proposed Action Sport Park. The proposed Project is to be constructed within the existing Martin Tudor Regional Park located at 11925 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, CA. This project proposes to construct a concrete pump track, RC car track, mountain bike trails, operational facilities, and perimeter fencing. The intent is to provide a safe, designated place for wheeled-sport enthusiasts (skateboarders, MTB / BMX bike riders, inline skaters, scooter riders, RC drivers, etc.) to develop their skills and enjoy the company of their peers. The action park will be state-of-the-art, based on the latest design principles and constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. It will feature a mix of terrain, with elements designed for all age groups and ability levels. The total estimated cost of services to be rendered under this scope is approximately $1.5 million and shall include design, construction, project approval/permitting and potential for providing operations during a training or transition period.

Discovery Services for the Arpa Fiber to City Facilities Project

Scope of ServicesThe City of Fontana is accepting proposals from qualified companies/firms to provide discovery services as a part of the City’s federally funded American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fiber to City Facilities Project Phase 1 Project. The discovery services will focus on seven (7) city facilities that will benefit from future infrastructure improvements by having dedicated fiber optic lines that will help facilitate the use of technology (ie. Wi-Fi, security cameras, etc.). The locations included within the ARPA Fiber to City Facilities Phase 1 Project are Mary Vagle Nature Center, South Fontana Park, Martin Tudor Jurupa Hills Regional Park, Cypress Neighborhood Center / Central City Park, Heritage Neighborhood Center, and Southridge Substation / Fire Station 74. Regional Parks Fire Fuel Reduction Work

Scope of Work Sacramento County Regional Parks is seeking a Non-profit or Conservation Corps to help preserve and protect beautiful, scenic, and sensitive habitats adjacent to the American River. The project will take place at various locations along the Parkway, with particular attention given to Sacramento Bar, Rossmoor Bar, Sailor Bar, Ancil Hoffman Park/Effie Yeaw Nature Center, Discovery Park, and Rollingwood. These locations are under the control of the County of Sacramento and crews will work under the guidance of County Parks and Metro Fire personnel (Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District is responsible for managing fires and other emergencies along the Parkway) on all the various components of this project.
