The City of West Hollywood invites your firm to submit your qualifications to provide on-call consulting services for the following three sub-areas: Architectural Services Urban Design Services Landscape architectural services.

The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as described in detail in the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. Major work components include rehabilitation of approximately 14,850 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer gravity piping by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods. Contract will also include sewer bypassing as necessary to perform the rehabilitation work.

CIVIC AREA PAVEMENT REHABILITATION, PROJECT CC23-033. This Notice Inviting Bids seeks submittals of bid proposals for the rehabilitation of approximately 14 miles of streets, rehabilitation of public parks parking lots, rehabilitation of Victorville’s City Hall Parking Lot, and restriping of 7 th Street. The scope of Work further includes the associated traffic control, crack fill, crack seal, removal of pavement markings, slurry seal treatments, fiber microsurfacing, installation of new pavement markings, and removal and replacement of AC pavement.

The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of the removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement surface, cold milling, grading, compaction, paving, striping, and marking. The work also includes removal and reconstruction of Portland cement concrete (PCC) sidewalk; curb & gutter; ADA curb ramp; construction of PCC cross gutter, spandrel, and “V”-gutter; adjustment of utility covers to new grade; installation of storm drain main pipeline; installation of water main pipeline; installation of sewer main pipeline; relocation of various utilities; traffic/pedestrian control; and all appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements in accordance with the Plans.

The County of San Bernardino, Department of Public Works, hereafter referred to as the “County” is responsible for the maintenance of approximately 2,500 miles of County road and the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, hereafter referred to as the “District”, is responsible for the maintenance of over 3,000 flood channels, basins, storm drains, dams and levees. Collectively both entities supervise 20 yards that are separated by extensive distance.
