SCOPE OF WORK Provide materials, equipment, and labor at prevailing wages to complete the following fence improvements at the front of Ivey Ranch Elementary School. Remove and Dispose of all existing fencing. Fabricate, Galvanize, Prime, and Paint 130 linear feet of 6ft high wrought iron fencing. Including (1) 12ft wide 6ft high double drive wrought iron gate with 3\4” drop cane bolt assemblies and welded chain ready to receive district lock. Include new hinge posts. Also, (1) 4ft wide 6ft high wrought iron pedestrian gate with heavy duty ball bearing hinges and exit device per plan.
