Scope of Services The Inglewood Housing Authority (“Authority”) is pleased to announce the release of this Request for Proposals (RFP) for an exciting affordable housing development opportunity within the City of Inglewood. The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals for the affordable housing development of an approximately 0.5346 acre or about 23,286 square foot site located within the City of Inglewood, California (the “Site.”) [Please see Section 12, Appendix, for a map, plat, and photographs of the Site]. The Site is more specifically located on the corner of Crenshaw Drive and Crenshaw Boulevard between 83rd Street and 82nd Street, within the City of Inglewood. The Site is a corner location with six parcels to the south making up the eight-parcel island; the southwest corner of the Site has an alleyway separating three parcels of the eight-parcel island as further depicted on the assessor’s parcel map plat. SCOPE OF WORK. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.
