The project scope includes the relocation of the Adolfo Camarillo statue, a new plaza, garden entry, trellises, a bandshell, accessible walkways, shade trees, lawn, irrigation and landscaping, seating areas, public restroom, parking lot, trash enclosure, fire station themed playground, lighting and electrical, signage, and related work.

SCOPE OF WORK The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to timely and satisfactorily complete the Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Master Schedule. Voluntary Fire Suppression Installation at the Milpitas & Berryessa Stations

Description of Work For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of design and construction of voluntary notifier NFS2-640 aerosol fire suppression systems to protect the communication and electrical rooms at the Milpitas and Berryessa Station campuses.
