Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Landscape Architects Engineering Services For Various Districtwide Projects

Commissioning Authority Services for Various Districtwide Projects

If funding is not available, the Project(s) will be placed on hold until funding becomes available.

Architectural Services for Various Districtwide Projects

Project Description: The Project(s) may include, without limitation, development, new construction, additions/renovations, re-construction and modernization, and/or expansion of the Owner’s community college school site(s) and/or other academic and non-academic facilities, and may be subject to funding. If funding is not available, the Project(s) will be placed on hold until funding becomes available.

Construction Management Services for Various Districtwide Projects

Project Description: The Project(s) may include, without limitation, development, new construction, additions/renovations, re-construction and modernization, and/or expansion of the Owner’s community college school site(s) and/or other academic and non-academic facilities. The selection of professional consultants by the Owner is not based on competitive bidding but on the firm’s professional qualifications, related experience, and the expertise of key personnel to be assigned to project(s).

Louise Lowry Davis Center Renovation

940 sf of int. Improvements to the (E) kitchen, (E) toilet rooms (E) entry, & removal of interior rooms and 3,328 sf of (N) ceiling. (E) insulated t-bar ceiling to be removed in the office and multi-purpose spaces and (N) volume ceiling to be installed. Remove partition walls and reconfigure the utility/storage area. Install (N) power, lighting, and reconfigured mechanical ducting as needed. Sprinklers are to be added under a separate permit. The original arched transom is to be re-exposed at the interior kitchen door and enclosed with a new half-dome skylight. Replace (E) door at (E) kitchen addition and replace all windows and doors to the original type, U.O.N. Increase the size of the “as-built” trash enclosure. (N) monument sign at the corner of Victoria and de la Vina to be installed under a separate signage permit.

Etting Road Sidewalk and Bicycle Lane Improvement Project

the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work to construct a new concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter, minor road widening, driveway reconstruction, electrical conduit and pull boxes for street lighting, bike lanes, landscaping, and irrigation system along Etting Road from E. Pleasant Valley Road to the eastern City Limit. The Work includes the milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement; placement and compaction of asphalt concrete pavement; excavation and reconstruction of a portion of the street; concrete works; adjust utility covers to finished grade; installation of storm drain lines and appurtenant concrete structures; and traffic striping.
