Scope of Services The Work includes the grubbing and clearing of certain plantings and renovating the SAWPA grounds with new landscape and irrigation system upgrades. The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the landscape and irrigation renovations depicted in the Approved Plans entitled, “Irrigation Replacement and Landscape Refresh” The project includes but is not limited to furnishing and installing all materials and appurtenances, and all equipment and labor required to construct the work depicted on the Approved Plans and described herein.

Scope of Services INTRODUCTION Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites bids from qualified contractors to perform quarterly visual inspections and annual fire alarm inspections and testing at its Riverside, CA and Hemet, CA facilities. Prospective bidders shall possess a state of California C-16 contractor’s license to meet the requirements of the project. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. The contract term shall be for a one-year base term, effective from March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025 with two subsequent one-year option terms that can be exercised by the RTA. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced contract for this project.

SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Lawndale desires to enter into contracts with one or more highly qualified Engineering firms for services on an as-needed basis. The City’s use of consultant services is on an as-needed basis so that if the demand is not there, the services will not be requested. For each on-call service request, the consultant and the City will agree upon the specific scope of work and cost for that project. The City has the right to retain other consulting firms in its sole discretion when the City believes there will be an economic or other significant advantage for doing so. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed under these agreements. Compensation will be based on the time and material with a not-to-exceed limit agreed upon by both Consultant and the City before work begins.
