Scope of Work Evaluators shall recommend awards based on the highest overall score which meets the City’s ‘Best Value’ concept. 3.2.2 Award may not necessarily be made to the Contractor that submitted the lowest price. Scope of Work. The project consists of the ground-up construction of a 30,616 SF Warehouse and Retail Building, as well as a public street improvement. Trades included but not limited to: Demolition, Concrete (Foundations, Tilt-Wall and Paving), Structural Steel, Millwork, Roofing (TPO & Metal), HM Doors, Storefront, Drywall & Metal Stud Framing, ACT, Painting, Canopies, PEMB, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, Striping, Landscaping, Fences, Retaining Walls, and utilities.

The work generally includes: the removal and disposal of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements; the grading and preparation of subgrade; the construction of new concrete gutters, driveway aprons, curbs, sidewalks, and curb ramps; installation of new landscape medians;; header cutting the existing pavement, where necessary, and removing and hauling away of grindings; the removal of existing trees, and planting of new trees in parkways; the reconstruction catch basin and storm drain lateral connections.

SCOPE OF WORKThe work to be done consists of furnishing all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities and all other items which are necessary or appurtenant to construct and complete the entire project and construct the project designated in the Contract Documents, and to leave the grounds in a neat and presentable condition.

SCOPE OF WORK S23179 PASSENGER INFORMATION DISPLAY SIGN PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION VTA Technology is initiating a critical project aimed at enhancing the passenger experience across our transit network. This project involves the replacement of aging outdoor rugged displays at all Light Rail Stations and Bus Transit Centers within our system. The original Peerless-AV displays, having served their intended lifespan, now pose readability challenges for our passengers, leading to confusion when navigating through the VTA transportation network.

Scope of Services (a) It is the purpose and intent of these Specifications to describe the minimum requirements for digester centrifugal pumps to be used by Wastewater Management Division of the Public Utilities Department within the City of Fresno. (b) All items not specifically mentioned which are required for a complete unit shall be included in the unit bid price. (c) All equipment and accessories to be furnished must be new and in current production. All products shall conform in design, strength, quality of material and workmanship to current industry standards.

Scope of Services The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director.
