The work consists of clearing and grubbing, new concrete sidewalks, new pedestrian ramps, concrete driveways, concrete curb & gutter, storm drain pipes, installing Class II Aggregate Base, asphalt concrete, asphalt berms, install bioswales, vegetated swales, PCC bike path, retaining walls, traffic signal modifications, and traffic striping along Santa Fe Drive. The Contractor shall complete the proposed work in its entirety.

Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (District) is a publicly owned water and sewer service agency with approximately 42,000 water, sewer, and agricultural water service connections. The district is located in southwestern Riverside County and encompasses portions of four cities and several unincorporated areas.

The scope of work for the Well includes, but not limited to, the rehabilitation by the means of scrubbing and chemical cleaning, installation of pump test to perform spinner survey, installation of new pump, sounding tube, transducer, airline, Title 22 testing, disinfection and startup and testing

The proposed work consists of the construction of new storm drains and laterals, and a concrete infiltration basin chamber system beneath City streets. The project also includes pavement rehabilitation, pavement reconstruction, sidewalk construction, ramp construction, construction of cross gutter, landscaping improvements, and lighting improvements on Garvey Avenue generally between Valley Boulevard and Durfee Avenue. The Engineer’s estimate for the project is between Thirteen Million Dollars and Thirteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($13,000,000 to $13,500,000) for the Base Bid plus Additive Work

The Work includes, but is not limited to removal of the approximately 10,000-gallon capacity tank that is approximately 30 ft long by 8 ft diameter; the removal of eight (8) concrete saddle supports; removal of the stone pump house and associated pump, appurtenances, and footing; removal of the well, well pump, and well appurtenances; abandonment of the well that remains by backfilling with imported fill, capping with a slurry cap; and removal of all associated water lines and conduits.

The District’s mission is to provide effective flood protection, regional storm drainage systems, and creek pollutant reduction efforts to the residents of Contra Costa County. The District is seeking a Consultant or team of consultants to support the District in its mission by providing professional engineering and technical services on tasks, as assigned, throughout Contra Costa County.

The actual project on which Consultant will work will be specified in a separate Task Order Stormwater treatment and flow control improvements for Clean Water Program compliance Simple non-structural landslide repairs, i.e. earthwork and sub-drainage work Restoration of eroded or failed creek banks and scour repairs at bridges.
Area-wide drainage improvements, such as open channels, concrete box culverts, large diameter storm drain pipes, manholes, collector pipes, ditches, and inlets
Stormwater detention basin construction or modifications
Flood control channel silt removal and flood levee or floodwall design or review
Appurtenant improvements such as standard cantilevered or mechanically stabilized retaining walls, road signage and striping, boundary fences, guard railing, permanent and temporary erosion control measures, and bicycle and pedestrian path design
Preparation or review of creek restoration plans

The Work consists of the construction of one new potable water supply well and the destruction of two existing wells located at 5610 Occidental Road, Santa Rosa, California. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of an 18-inch diameter stainless steel aquifer storage and recovery municipal well to a depth of approximately 530 feet via reverse rotary drilling methods, including the installation of conductor casing, drilling of a pilot borehole, collection of formation samples, reaming the borehole.

The project is a complete streets, active transportation, and urban greening infrastructure project. The project, located on a 1-mile stretch of Shasta Dam Boulevard, generally includes landscape medians, construction of class IV bikeway, relocation of a transit stop, creation of safer roadway crossings and upgraded roadway & pedestrian lighting.

Work on this project generally includes removal and replacement of a pump control panel, replacement or installation of ancillary conduit, wiring, and antenna accessories, and operational readiness testing and functional acceptance testing. All other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Plans or the Contract Documents shall be furnished, fabricated, constructed, or installed. The Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $56,900.
