Scope of Work Transit Planning Support Services The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is seeking consultant assistance to support transit planning activities in Orange County. Consultant shall provide support to OCTA for transit planning activities working with the Transit Service Planning Section, and various internal departments/division including but not limited to Operations, Traffic Modeling, and Geographic Information System, etc. The overall goal for this effort is to augment staff expertise on a variety of complex transit projects that may include OC Streetcar, microtransit, express bus service, bus rapid transit, paratransit, rail service, etc. Consultant shall be familiar with the planning concepts and principles of the above-mentioned types of transit projects and programs

SCOPE OF WORK. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer.

Scope of ServicesThe selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive evaluation of treatment and non-treatment options to comply with the adopted hexavalent chromium maximum contaminant level (MCL), including evaluation and recommendations on the use of stannous chloride without filtration to reduce chromium (VI) to chromium (III), and recommendations on the preferred alternative(s) to comply with the adopted hexavalent chromium MCL.

SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated the contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project: Trabuco Road Rehabilitation Project from Bake Parkway to Peachwood, PW2023-05A Ascension Median Improvements PW 24S03, Lake Forest Drive Rehabilitation Project from Bake Parkway to Portola Parkway PW 24P16.

Project Description The City of Lake Forest (“City”) seeks proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified firms (“Respondents”) for the Pavement Management Plan (PMP) Update. The City’s public street network consists of approximately 170 centerline miles of paved roads, which includes 39 miles of the Master Plan of Arterial Highways (MPAH) streets and 131 miles of local streets, representing a total replacement cost of $417 million. The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) developed a Pavement Management Program Guidelines Manual, which Orange County cities must comply with in order to maintain eligibility to receive Measure M2 funding. In response to the guidelines, since 1991 the City has been using a computerized Pavement Management Plan (PMP) to inventory the City’s street system and recommend rehabilitation strategies to improve the overall condition of the City’s streets. The last comprehensive update of the PMP was completed in June 2022 when pavement conditions of the City’s entire public street network were inspected.

SCOPE OF WORK. The Work to be constructed is a project entitled Well # 8 Tank Recoating Project located in Stanislaus County, State of California. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials, including tools, implements, and appliances required to construct the Work and shall perform and construct all Work in a good and workmanlike manner, free from any and all liens and claims including those of mechanics, material, sub-contractors, artisans, machinists, teamsters, draymen and laborers required for the construction of the Work.

SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, appliances, and equipment for and do the work for the “WEST FOOTHILL BOULEVARD STREET IMPROVEMENTS FROM GROVE AVENUE TO SAN BERNARDINO ROAD.” Said work to be performed in accordance with specifications and standards on file in the office of the City Engineer and in accordance with bid prices hereinafter mentioned and in accordance with the instruction of the City Engineer.

SCOPE OF SERVICES To prepare this report, Crawford: • Reviewed geologic, soils, and fault maps pertaining to the site; • Discussed the project needs with Mr. Simon Gray, PE, with Coleman Engineering (Coleman); • Performed three seismic refraction lines along the proposed alignment; • Drilled, logged, and sampled 10 exploratory borings along the proposed pipeline alignment to auger refusal or a maximum depth of approximately 11.5 feet (ft) below ground surface (bgs), whichever came first; • Performed laboratory testing on soil samples recovered from the borings; • Performed geotechnical analysis; and • Developed conclusions and recommendations based on the data and test results.

Scope of Work or Project Details The City of Lake Forest is seeking a qualified firm to conduct an in-depth analysis of the City of Lake Forest’s (“City”) current shopping center inventory. The objective is to provide a comprehensive report detailing the challenges, opportunities, and strengths of the targeted shopping centers (“Centers”) and mixed-use sites (“Sites”) to evaluate existing retail market conditions and provide recommended strategies to successfully promote economic growth within the City. In addition, the firm shall recommend transition or re-tenant options based on shopper preferences and economic trends. This analysis will provide for current and future retail needs to ensure the continued economic health of the City.

SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall respond to orders for on-call and emergency roof repairs at existing County buildings. The contractor shall provide these services on a 24-hour emergency response basis for small repairs as determined by OC Public Works, OC Facilities Operation Project Manager (hereinafter referred to as County’s Project Manager). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for temporary and permanent repairs that shall not void existing roof warranties.
