Mussel Rock Upper Disposal Area Pull-back Project

SCOPE OF WORK The work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services to perform and complete all work for the proper and complete maintenance and construction activities described in the construction plans and technical specifications for the “Upper Disposal Area Pull-Back Project”, which shall include, but is not limited to the following specific requirements: A. Removing and temporarily stockpiling the existing 2-foot of Soil Cover Material on the identified portion of the Lower Disposal Area (LDA). B. Removing and temporarily stockpiling the existing 2-foot of Soil Cover Material on the identified western portion of the Upper Disposal Area (UDA). C. Excavating the indicated bluff and UDA material beginning at the base of the steep portion of the adjacent bluff and extending into the Upper Disposal Area.

El Caballo Park Master Plan Environmental Review

Scope of Work A. General The consultant awarded this Project will conduct the appropriate environmental review for the draft El Caballo Park Master Plan in compliance with the CEQA Guidelines and Public Resources Code 21000-21189. To date, a formal environmental determination has not been made for CEQA. However, as part of the drafting process of the El Caballo Park Master Plan document, a preliminary environmental assessment suggested a Mitigated Negative Declaration may be possible. The selected consultant (“Consultant”) will conduct a level of environmental review that would be appropriate, and take into consideration all aspects of future required environmental reviews for the purposes of build-out.

SCOPE OF WORK: A. This work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: Furnish and install plumbing fixtures and piping as shown for a complete and functioning system; and furnish and install chiller, boilers, unit ventilators, fans, controls, ductwork, grilles, flex duct and dampers as shown for a complete and functioning system. Prior to fabrication of ductwork, contractor shall verify clearances to determine if structural or other trades have infringed on the space allotted for mechanical equipment. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Public Facilities and Improvements

SCOPE OF SERVICES The Orange County Urban County Program is comprised of twelve (12) cities with populations under 50,000 (participating cities), two (2) cities, Placentia and Yorba Linda, with populations over 50,000 (metropolitan cities) and unincorporated areas of Orange County. The twelve (12) participating cities include Brea, Cypress, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, La Palma, Los Alamitos, San Juan Capistrano, Seal Beach, Stanton, and Villa Park. These cities are not eligible to receive Community Planning and Development (“CPD”) program funds directly from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and have opted to participate in the CPD programs through the Urban County Program. The cities of Placentia and Yorba Linda, with populations of over 50,000, are eligible to participate in the CPD program as an entitlement jurisdiction and have elected to join with the Urban County Program as a metropolitan city.
