SCOPE OF WORK The Landscape Maintenance Contractor (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) shall provide landscape and plant maintenance services for the interior and exterior of the District’s Headquarters located at 4040 Paramount Blvd., Lakewood, the exterior at the District Annex located at 3919 Paramount Blvd., Lakewood, the Leo J. Vander Lans Facility at 7380 East Willow, Long Beach and its nearby Blending Station both in Long Beach, the Albert Robles Center located at 4320 San Gabriel River Parkway in Pico Rivera and its nearby ARC Diversion Structure, Culvert, and Storm Water Capture Areas and two well sites lots located at 4555 Sepulveda and 4635 Sepulveda in Torrance.

SCOPE OF WORK A. The work to be done consists of the demolition and disposal of an existing 2,800 square foot building, foundation, parking lot and tree removals; and all other work necessary to deem the project complete and in satisfactory condition, all as shown on the Contract Documents and/or as specified herein. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is to provide the necessary site reviews, research of existing utilities, right of way/easements, land ownerships, hydrologic & hydraulic engineering studies, discussion with County, Imperial Irrigation District and respective utility agencies, Federal, State and other local permitting agencies for the review, analysis and recommendations of a comprehensive Feasibility Study to address storm drainage and flooding impacts to the Niland community, in Imperial County, in the vicinity of the Salton Sea.
