Job Order Contract (JOC) for HVAC Services

SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles, and transportation services required to provide HVAC Services under this Contract. Brentwood Boulevard Widening North – Phase 1

SCOPE OF WORK A. The work to be done consists of the demolition and disposal of an existing 2,800 square foot building, foundation, parking lot and tree removals; and all other work necessary to deem the project complete and in satisfactory condition, all as shown on the Contract Documents and/or as specified herein. B. The work includes the removal and disposal of hazardous materials, including asbestos and lead, as specified in the Hazardous Materials Assessment (Appendix B) herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services and equipment required for the removal and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with the guidelines or regulations of the state agency, the local agency, EPA or OSHA.
