Scope of Services Provide various traffic signage for the City of Santa Barbara Streets Division per specifications

Scope of Services The project involves the removal of several dead trees throughout the Douglas Family Preserve. In most cases retention of stumps to aid in soil stabilization will occur, so there will be very limited if any stump removal. In addition to removals, there will be limited pruning, primarily deadwood removal as advised. Successful bidder will also be responsible for dumping and spreading generated wood chip mulch in areas as advised throughout the park and in limited cases as directed by staff, the contractor will retain trunks and strategically place them in the park to delineate trails. The project shall be completed in its entirety prior to January 31

Scope of Services The work shall consist of the following: 1. Installation of Thermoplastic reflective centerlines, lane lines, pavement marking legends, edge lines, barrier lines and curbs. 2. Removing centerlines, lane lines, edge lines, crosswalks raised pavement markers, pavement marking legends, and curb paint. 3. Re-lining in thermoplastic. 4. Placement of raised pavement markers (RPMs). 5. Thermoplastic reflective bike lanes and curbs

SCOPE OF WORK The Department’s Proposed Scope of Work is set forth in Attachment B, which is an integral part of the Request for Proposals. This includes a detailed description of all required services and deliverables. However, the Department recognizes that the CONSULTANT, based upon their experience or expertise, may wish to present suggested revisions to this Proposed Scope of Work. These suggested revisions will be considered by the Department during any negotiations. The final negotiated Scope of Work, the CONSULTANT’s Proposal, and this RFP will be attached to the signed Professional Services Agreement

ANNUAL CUPCCAA NOTIFICATION NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS TO BE INCLUDED ON THE DISTRICT’S LIST OF REGISTERED CONTRACTORS PER SECTION 22034 OF THE PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE

SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project: THE ALPS WAY PIPELINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT [PROJECT NO. 01-06-78-51418] The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to the District for any damages arising as a result of The contractor’s failure to comply with this obligation

SCOPE OF WORK County surveyors will establish external primary survey control monuments and/or marks to be used throughout the construction period. These control monuments and marks are to be protected by Contractor and will be used to set construction stakes and/or marks. The control marks will also be used to make verification surveys at various stages of work. Survey monuments, stakes and marks are set per the County’s Survey Manual. Contractor must submit a written request for County furnished construction staking before, or immediately after, area to receive staking is ready for the installation of the construction stakes.

SCOPE OF WORK A. CONTRACTOR will perform the Work and related tasks as described in Attachment A, Scope of Work hereto and is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Agreement. B. This is a non-exclusive Agreement, whereby OMNITRANS may, at its sole discretion, augment or supplant the Work with its own forces or forces of another contractor or entity. CONTRACTOR will cooperate fully with OMNITRANS’ staff or other contractors or entity that may be providing similar or the same Work for OMNITRANS.
