SCOPE OF SERVICES The Proponent shall provide Engineering support services during State and Agency permitting process, contractor proposal phase, contract award, dredging, and project closeout. The support services include but are not limited to: a. Assessment of project needs, listing and description of project tasks, and project schedule tying to tasks. b. Preparation and guidance of all requirements to obtain and maintain required permits for dredging of inlet area. c. Preparation of an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) in support of placing material at the proposed disposal location. d. Review of pre-dredge survey.
