The major work consists of the construction of a new Gateway sign and associated utility connections and miscellaneous concrete work in the surrounding area.

The work includes on-call time and material citywide tree maintenance services that shall include, but are not limited to, tree pruning, tree removal, and stump removal and grinding.

The selected consultant may provide services to the City for State Route 165 and Vineyard Drive Intersection Project including, but not limited to, the following: Prepare Plans Specifications and Estimates Lead Caltrans coordination and approvals Design-level survey and right-of-way mapping Prepare right-of-way appraisals and acquisition documents (if needed) Lead utility coordination and undergrounding/relocation Design underground open channel.

The general scope of work involves the construction of a new ultraviolet disinfection system, new sodium hypochlorite chemical feed system, demolition of existing chlorine gas chemical system, installation of yard piping, installation of new backwash supply pumps, new flow meter installation and associated piping, pavement and surface restoration, and all other associated work and appurtenances in accordance with the Contract Documents. The engineer’s estimate is $3,300,000.

The project includes the removal (abatement) of existing exterior wall finishes, application of new exterior sealant, window replacement, interior finishes including flooring, wall staining, painting and new LED lighting.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The general items of work include replacement of chain link fence fabric, installation of new chain-link and tube steel fencing, backstops, concrete bands, dug outs, concrete flatwork, ac paving, gates and other related items that are required by the Contract Documents at the following locations at South Gate Park: Fields 1-10, Horseshoe Pits, Tennis Courts, Sports and Aquatic Center, City Yard and Parking Lot.

The Trustees of California State University are requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified design-builders (Respondents) to provide design, preconstruction, and design-build construction services for the above-named Project. The Trustees will select a design-build team consisting of a general contractor and architect (Design-Builder) using a two-step process: (1) this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from which Respondents may submit SOQ to the Trustees, and (2) the Request for Proposals (RFP) which the Trustees will issue to the shortlisted firms

The Contractor will provide the equipment and manpower necessary to clear snow from certain paved portions of the Lake Tahoe Airport, City Police Station Headquarters, Fire Rescue Station 1, 2, 3, Fire Training Center and various other areas within City jurisdictional boundary based on need. This seasonal snow removal contract is for a six-month contract period. Contracts start on November 1, 2023, and span until April 30, 2024.

The project includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals as required to construct the interior tenant improvements for a new steel Butler Building. All work must be performed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications for this project. The materials furnished and used shall be new except as specifically provided on the plans

Provide full and complete services to the Redwood Grove Nature Preserve that involves plantings, and trees along with creek bank stabilization projects. City will consult and work with contractor on larger projects and redwood tree maintenance work.
