This Request for Qualifications seeks professional design services for the proposed Gardella Ranch Road- Segment A only on the Law and Justice Center Campus. This road would start at the intersection at Sanguinetti Loop Road, and then travel southerly through undeveloped land, between two existing commercial properties. Access to these properties would then be adjusted with two new commercial driveway locations approximately 500 feet south of Sanguinetti Loop Road.

This project will modernize the fire detection system, fire alarm system, fire protection system, facility egress, and life safety of personnel at Gianelli Pumping-Generating Plant, Dos Amigos Pumping Plant, San Luis Field Division Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Center, and Coalinga O&M Subcenter.
