Redondo Beach King Harbor Maintenance Dredging Project, Job No. 70660

The purpose of the project is to return King Harbor to design navigational depth and to provide safe vessel access by removing shoals that have accumulated within the Harbor. This project includes dredging approximately 62,000 cubic yards of material inside two areas of the Harbor. The first dredged area is the shoal fronting the north portion of King Harbor North Breakwater and the second dredged area is the shoal fronting the inner portion of the South Breakwater at the entrance of Basin 3. The approximately 62,000 cubic yards of dredged material is to be placed at an approved US Army Corps of Engineers temporary nearshore placement site offshore generally located across from Avenue B in Redondo Beach

Bellamy Parking Garage Upgrade

The “Work” will consist of: 1.
