The purpose of the project is to return King Harbor to design navigational depth and to provide safe vessel access by removing shoals that have accumulated within the Harbor. This project includes dredging approximately 62,000 cubic yards of material inside two areas of the Harbor. The first dredged area is the shoal fronting the north portion of King Harbor North Breakwater and the second dredged area is the shoal fronting the inner portion of the South Breakwater at the entrance of Basin 3. The approximately 62,000 cubic yards of dredged material is to be placed at an approved US Army Corps of Engineers temporary nearshore placement site offshore generally located across from Avenue B in Redondo Beach

The “Work” will consist of: 1. The Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform all work necessary for the Bellamy Parking Garage Upgrade Project in the City of South Lake Tahoe in strict conformance with the Contract Documents (as defined in the Agreement), including, without limitation, the specifications and construction drawings. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: pedestrian and traffic control; structural repairs (for Phase 1 only, per Drawing R001); changes to entry/exit flow and lane configuration; internal striping and flow arrows; vehicle, pedestrian and PARCS signage; relocation of Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) system components; and all other work as described in the Contract Documents

The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct and install 9 separate signs of various sizes at 5 separate sites. Materials include concrete footings, stone veneer, wood, hardware, and signage boards. Three of the signs will include lighting.

The Project approximately consists of: The project will construct a new laboratory/lecture/research building to be named the New North Life Sciences Building located on a hillside site location on the main campus. This project will provide a 38,000 ASF/67,000 GSF STEM research and instructional facility. The project will include lower division teaching labs, upper division teaching labs interdisciplinary lecture, faculty/administrative offices, research spaces, conference rooms, mechanical, electrical and telecom support spaces.

The project location in the County of Santa Cruz is as follows: Redwood Road between post mile 0.15 and 0.29 Work includes constructing 5 steel soldier pile retaining walls, one culvert replacement, excavation and backfill, compact and repair travel lane, drainage improvements, railing, erosion control and revegetation.

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to add swing gates, pedestrian gates, handrails, related signal upgrades, and minor civil improvements at various railroad crossings that are not currently gated along the Vasona rail corridor, and at the Mountain View Light Rail Station. This project will impact the following intersections and railroad crossings, Campbell Ave. & Railway Ave. (Campbell), Bascom Ave. & Borello Dr. (San Jose), Stokes St. & Southwest Expwy (San Jose), Leigh Ave. & Southwest Expwy (San Jose), Fruitdale Ave. & Southwest Expwy (San Jose), Parkmoor Ave. & Race St. (San Jose) (Bid Option)

The work, in general, consists of, but not limited to installing trail fence (within existing parkway) adjacent to an existing pedestrian/bicycle trail, parallel to Rialto Channel/Cactus Avenue in the City of Rialto. The project also includes placing 3/4″ decorative brown rock within the parkway and doing other work appurtenant thereto.

The work, in general, consists of cold plane and overlay, reconstruct ADA ramps, curb and gutter, cross gutter and sidewalk, replace dike, install detectable warning surface, paint traffic stripes and pavement markings and doing other work appurtenant thereto.

The contractor shall provide, install and complete as specified and pay for all labor, materials and equipment, tools, supplies, construction equipment and machinery, construction, start-up and testing, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services (including any temporary materials, equipment, supplies, and facilities) necessary for the proper execution and completion of the complete, operational, and fully functional Project, including the permanent interconnection for electricity, natural gas, water supply, and any other utilities and demonstration of fully satisfactory operation of all systems and equipment. The County will pay connection fees directly to the utilities for all permanent water and electrical connections.
