SCOPE OF WORK Bid costs to include engineering, construction documents, manufacturing, delivery and setting of modular units at the project site 2195 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043. The scope includes design and structural calculations for the foundation based on the geotechnical report and the retaining requirements of the site. The building foundation construction and material costs are a part of the bid price. The foundations will be constructed by modular Contractor.

Scope of work: Work performed in the absence of any prescribed inspection or observation may be subject to removal and replacement. In such a case, the entire cost of removal and replacement shall be borne by the contractor, regardless of whether the work removed is found to be defective or not. Testing, inspection, or other related services shall be performed by an independent consultant, testing laboratory or services selected by the Owner’s Representative. Furnish labor necessary to obtain and handle testing samples at the project site or at other locations.

PROJECT OVERVIEW The City of Modesto in partnership with the Modesto Downtown Partnership is seeking innovative and sustainable solutions to enhance the aesthetic appeal and environmental quality of our downtown district. We invite vendors to submit solutions for programs supporting the implementation of green, living walls/structures and case studies, white papers, and examples of conceptual designs and/or implemented projects.

Scope of Work This RFPQ covers the following program elements. Design and engineering work to repair damage due to the 2022/2023 winter storms, including the damaged existing 40-foot long by 18-inch diameter HDPE corrugated pipe, the culvert materials under and around that were washed out, outlet rock protection, and any modifications required to the inlet/headwall structure. Design and engineering of inlet protection. Design and engineering headwalls at culvert if determined to be necessary. Design and engineering of the washed-out roadway section for use as a gravel driveway. Design and engineering of embankment stabilization measures.

SCOPE OF SERVICES. The Consultant shall furnish the following services: Consultant shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” is attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by the Consultant unless approved in advance in writing by the City, stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time. Scope of Services The City of Lincoln is seeking proposals from qualified planning and environmental consulting firms (Consultants) to assist in the development and implementation of the Downtown Lincoln Specific Plan (Green Zone). The goal of this project is to adopt a Specific Plan with objective urban design standards (form-based code) to facilitate mixed-use infill housing and expand affordable housing options in Downtown Lincoln.

Scope of Services The City of Lincoln Engineering Department is seeking written proposals from qualified firms to perform engineering design services for roundabout intersection improvements at two locations on Ferrari Ranch Road in the City of Lincoln.
