Scope of Work This RFPQ covers the following program elements. Design and engineering work to repair damage due to the 2022/2023 winter storms, including the damaged existing 40-foot long by 18-inch diameter HDPE corrugated pipe, the culvert materials under and around that were washed out, outlet rock protection, and any modifications required to the inlet/headwall structure. Design and engineering of inlet protection. Design and engineering headwalls at culvert if determined to be necessary. Design and engineering of the washed-out roadway section for use as a gravel driveway. Design and engineering of embankment stabilization measures.
