SCOPE OF WORK All tasks identified below and in the “Technical Specifications” as part of this proposal are to be completed by the selected Contractor. The Contractor is to provide administrative, management, and related services as required to coordinate the procurement, delivery, mobilization, storage, construction, installation and testing of materials and surrounding areas of the Project in accordance with the City’s objectives for cost, time, and quality. The Contractor is to administer all general conditions and manufacture support activities on behalf of the City. The Contractor is responsible for providing procurement, construction, and installation of New RV Camping sites in their scope of work, including all labor, materials, tools, incidentals, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the Work. Restroom facilities will need to be provided by contractor.

SCOPE OF WORK The general extent of the work to be done includes but not necessarily limited to the following: Transporting splice closures from a City Engineer designated storage facility to the job site Underground splice closure installation Fusion Splice and terminate cables Cable racking at pull boxes OTDR cable testing after cable installation and splicing Insertion Loss Power acceptance testing Traffic and safety control at job site Cleanup

Scope of Services District anticipates, subject to change in the District’s sole discretion, the Project requiring prequalification shall generally consist of the following: The work to be done includes furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of Fire Station 68, an Essential Resource Facility (ERF) and all related site improvements.

SCOPE OF WORK :In general, this project consists of resurfacing approximately 3.4 miles of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement on Mockingbird Canyon Road between Van Buren Boulevard and El Sobrante Road in the Community of Woodcrest of Riverside County Construction and reconstruction of asphalt concrete driveways, dike and overside drain Construction of concrete cross gutter, curb and gutter, and driveways Placement of safety edge and shoulder backing Placement of thermoplastic crosswalk and pavement markings Replacement of corrugated metal pipe Placement of rock slope protection (rip rap) Construction of combination inlet catch basin Modification of existing drop inlet Salvaging of roadside signs Installation of new roadside signs Utility adjustments Any other work as may be required

Scope of Services The City of Hemet (City) is seeking proposals for the preparation of a third-party peer review of CEQA Initial Study and Technical Studies prepared by the applicant’s consulting team. The City will review RFPs and select one consultant to complete the required CEQA service consisting of a scope of services, schedule and budget.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project will install rectangular rapid flashing beacons, trench and remove existing in-ground lights, update striping, install signage, install painted bulbouts with delineators, install 2 ADA curb ramps, slurry seal, and other miscellaneous work.

THIS PROJECT INCLUDES Professional Architecture and Engineering Services for the Public Health Laboratory Replacement Project

SCOPE OF SERVICES Emergency and non-emergency SCADA support services. Preventative/ corrective maintenance and support on an on-call, asneeded basis. PLC troubleshooting, diagnosing, repair, and programming. HMI and SCADA troubleshooting, diagnosing, programming and configuration. Installation of necessary support software and patches for HMI, PLC, and software. SCADA alarm troubleshooting, diagnosing, repair, and programming. Field equipment calibration. Communications troubleshooting, repair, and reporting. Historian Reporting. Documentation of all PLC programming changes, including comments, symbols, and descriptions saved with the logic file. If a program is uploaded, the full documented logic is available to CDA staff.

SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 8 below for the following Project: CHINO II LIGHTING REPLACEMENT PROJECT The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to the Authority for any damages arising as a result of the Contractor’s failure to comply with this obligation.

Scope of Work: The proposal shall contain a detailed explanation of the Project as viewed by the Consultant/Construction Manager. The information offered should be a summary of the Construction Manager’s knowledge of the Project and shall be responsive to the needs of the technical provisions of the RFP. The structure of the scope of work does not necessarily need to follow the scope of work put forward in this RFP, depending on the specific approach and methodology proposed. The proposal shall contain enough detail to demonstrate sufficient thought has been given to accomplish the work in an efficient and timely manner, and the Consultant has a thorough understanding of the requirements of all jurisdictional agencies involved in or affected by the Project
