SCOPE OF WORK The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work by the Contractor. The Contract Documents are complementary, and what is required by one shall be as binding as if required by all. All work mentioned or indicated in the Contract Documents, and all work reasonably inferable from them, shall be performed by the Contractor as part of the Contract unless it is specifically indicated in the Contract Documents that such work is to be done by others. Nothing in the specifications voids the Contractor’s public safety responsibilities.

Scope of Services Single Point of Entry at Mira Mesa High School and Challenger Middle School

Scope of Services Furnish and Install Hydration Stations at 11 Sites Group 6

Scope of ServicesFabrication of “No Parking” signs, installation of signs on existing streetlight poles in designated street sweeping zones, and installation of Telespar poles and signage in designated street sweeping zones. All print signage produced must be of aluminum and shall have reflective sheeting. The “No Parking” signs shall conform to California Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Locate the City owned streetlights by using the map provided by the City. Install all signs using brackets that are used in conjunction with banding to mount the signs on streetlights. See note on map page 1942-E for locations of Telespar posts installation of “No Parking” signs. Install signs using Telespar anchors and sleeves in conjunction with drive rivets to mount the signs on Telespar posts.

Scope of ServicesRemove and Install approximately 251 water service laterals near Cibola, Desnok and, High School Area. Additional Installation of approximately 605 LF of 4″ Water Main Replacement on 4th Street & 5th Street near L Street.

Description of Work: The existing roof on the City Building located at 1002 11th Avenue is leaking and is beyond its useful life. The new roofing will meet the most recent Title 24 requirements. Leaking has caused water damage throughout the soffit areas and ceiling below, increasing required maintenance. This is the old Methodist Church building.
