The removal of existing pumps and electric motors; installation of submersible pumps and sump pumps; and the performance of other appurtenant work under Project ID No. FCC0001392, Naples Island Pump Stations Rehabilitation – Phase 1

This project will focus on providing new signs and replacing existing non-compliant signs at rooms, buildings, and sites, including way-finding signs, informational signs, identification signs, tactile and visual egress signs, and restroom signage that do not conform with current California Building Code (CBC) and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility regulations. In the addition, all signs that include building names will be replaced to reflect the updated building identity system. Compliance issues that need to be addressed include, but are not limited to, size, contrast, font type, Braille translation and position, installation height and location, etc. Signage will be provided or replaced in the following existing buildings

The project includes the construction of a connection from the existing water system at North Davis Meadows County Service Area to the City of Davis’s municipal water system to provide all domestic, irrigation, and fire suppression water to the residential community of North Davis Meadows (North Davis Meadows County Service Area No. 10). North Davis Meadows is comprised of two single-family residential subdivisions with 94 single family residences situated around the Davis Municipal Golf Course.

The project includes Loma Ridge ES Expansion 2023.

The Project consists of rehabilitating approximately 7,500 feet of 66-inch reinforced concrete trunk sewer. Twelve trunk manholes along the trunk sewer will be assessed during design and rehabilitated as needed during construction.

The Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority, on behalf of the Cities of Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, and King City, invites the submittal of proposals to provide “Solid Waste, Recyclable, and Organics Waste Collection Services”

The project includes CMAR for Terminal Electrical Distribution Upgrades.

The Anabel – Woodbury Water Improvement Project consists of constructing new 8 12-inch PVC pipes to replace undersized 6-inch AC water mains and improve fire flows. A pipeline will be installed along Woodbury Road, Anabel Ave. Libby Ln. and Phyllis Pl. The water improvements consist of approximately 970 feet of 12-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and 3,140 feet of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) domestic water pipe. It also includes the construction of ten (10) fire hydrant assemblies and eighty-two (82) water service connections.

The City of Moreno Valley (City) has identified a need to develop various pre-approved, permit-ready, Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plan design sets for project use. Highly qualified architectural design consultants to provide prototypical ADU plan design sets for pre-approval to facilitate over-the-counter review.

The Work includes the engineering, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, testing, turnover, and related services for the repowered Grayson power generation facility in the City of Glendale, as further defined in the RFP Documents.
