DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Preventative Maintenance Personnel/Pedestrian Doors (Hollow Metal, Glass Aluminum, Wood): Complete inspection of all operations and cosmetic esthetics. Adjustment of closers and hardware. Minor repairs. Tighten hardware. Set opening and closing according to ADA Compliance. Lubrication of all points. Full report acknowledging each door and frame and its current condition.

The City requires professional survey and mapping (“Services”) for the Lincoln Ave Rehab-California to Silverado. The Project involves replacing pavement and fixing concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk. In addition to the rehabilitation work, this is a complete streets project that will provide an accessible path of travel along both sides of Lincoln by constructing sidewalks where none currently exist as well as providing compliant curb ramps and improvements to bicycle facilities along the subject corridor.
