Conduct periodic Project Development Team meetings as required to maintain project delivery schedule. Coordinate the work of sub-consultants. Prepare a monthly progress report along with invoicing for work performed by the consultants and sub-consultants. Provide documented Quality Control/Quality Assurance review of all project deliverables. Ensure schedule of work meets or exceeds all milestones, from inception to completion of project.

The work to be done consists, in general, includes construction of concrete sidewalk, site preparation, earthwork, clearing and grading, landscape and irrigation, temporary power source and utilities.

The Town of Hillsborough is seeking a contract(s) for professional As-Needed Consulting and Engineering Services. Services are sought in two manners, municipal engineering and project management services, and as-needed consulting and engineering services for various disciplines. The Town requires these as-needed professional services on a project-by-project basis. The Proposer has the option to propose on one or more types of the requested services, and shall clearly identify the type of service in their proposal.

The City will furnish to the Contractor, free of charge, five (5) sets of prints of the Project Plans and Technical Specifications for the execution of the Work. Throughout the performance of the Work, the Contractor must keep one copy of the Project Plans and Technical Specifications in good order and available for review by the Engineer, the Architect, and any other City contractors or representatives.

Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) South Sacramento Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide bi-weekly (twice a month) Landscape Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

The contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Amador Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Accessible Path of Travel Upgrade Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
