SCOPE OF WORK Service Request for: Roll-off Containers and On-call Hauling Services The Orange County Waste & Recycling has a need to establish an on-call hauling and disposal services for all greeneries located throughout regional landfills. The requirements of this services shall include purchases of roll-off containers, container modifications, on-call hauling and disposal services. In each greenery, a multi-star screener is utilized to screen compost material into three fractions. During the screening process, a set of windsifters are used remove light contaminants from finished product. Roll-off containers are used to collect contaminants. Once roll-off bins are full, they need to be picked up, weighed, subsequently disposed within the landfill and brought back to the greenery.

Scope of Work The Orange County Sheriff’s Department, has locations throughout Orange County, CA. requiring scheduled preventative maintenance and As-Needed, inspection, testing, service, repairs, alterations and replacement of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, controls and systems. This Contract is not intended to be a public works contract but is intended to provide for routine maintenance. In addition to scheduled services and planned corrective repairs, County requires emergency service be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three-hundred sixty five (365) days a year. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work to be done consists, in general, of concrete pathway maintenance. This includes removal and reconstruction of eight low lying concrete pathway areas, replacing storm drain pipe with pedestrian bridges in William Mason Regional Park, County of Orange, California. The work includes site clearance, removal and demolition of existing concrete pathway and storm drain pipe, grading, installation of boardwalk bridges, abutments, concrete sidewalks, and protection existing utilities. The boardwalk bridges depicted on the contract plans are propriety products. These bridges need to be final designed by the CONTRACTOR and approved by OCPW Buildings prior to construction.

The contractor shall provide On-Call Trash Clean-up and Haul Away Services at County-owned or operated facilities, or at any site specified by the County. Hazardous waste removal and disposal are not included as part of this work. Definition of Services: Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, containers, vehicles, equipment, and any other items necessary to perform trash clean-up, removal and haul away services at County-owned or operated facilities. The contractor may be required to clean up and remove any type of trash, debris, garbage, etc. (excluding hazardous materials). After work is complete, the site shall be in a clean and presentable condition, as approved by the County Project Manager or designee. Scope of Work Under California Government Code (4216) Dig Alert members (including the County of Orange and City of Dana Point) upon receiving a DigAlert request, must locate and field mark their underground facilities within 2 working days, not including the date of notification. The members must also respond to Electronic Positive Response (+Response or EPR) which is communication from the utility member to the excavator regarding the status of a DigAlert ticket. Use of this system, allows the excavator to check the responses through the website, SMS, and apps anytime during life of the ticket. In addition, DigAlert will email the excavator at the start date and time listed on the ticket a complete status of responses. Failure to provide an EPR for each required ticket is in violation of CA Government Code 4216.

Scope of Work Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and testing, report/data submittal, incidentals, and related items required for complete cleaning and on-call physical and/or Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Storm Drain, Pipe and facility inspection services for existing and new storm drain, sewer pipes, and boxes etc. Sewer Pipe will require regular and 24/7 emergency response, (CCTV), cleaning and repair of 8” VCP and manhole shafts. The purpose of the inspections is to determine the structural condition of the storm drains, sewer and facilities and identify any defects or issues. Physical and/or CCTV camera inspections shall include (but not limited to) a large elevating camera for box culverts which may have up to three feet of water or more in them and 8” Sewer pipe. The camera operator shall be National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) and Pipeline Assessment & Certification Program (PACP) certified.

SCOPE OF SERVICES Under the direction of District staff, the Contractor will be expected to perform all services described in the following scope of work: Remove the number “290” and patch stucco. Remove “Costa Mesa Sanitary District” over the front entrance door and patch stucco. Water or abrasive blast to remove loose material and debris. Ensure the surface is ready for stucco repair and for primer preparation. Conduct Structural Repairs Six (6) locations, use 20” long defect for bidding purposes. Remove concrete at least 2” clear in each direction. Leave a rough surface on the existing concrete. Water blast concrete. Wire brush existing repair, remove all rust. Drill and place 8” stainless #4 rebar, every 4” with epoxy at 4” embedment. Tie existing rebar to new anchors. Ensure 2” clearance between the outside wall and rebar. Coat with sika dur32 high Mod. After high mod cure, place sika quick VOH.

Scope of Work: OCPW Central Utility Facility (CUF) provides various combinations of steam, cooling water, and electrical power to over twenty County, City, State, and Federal facilities in the Santa Ana Civic Center Campus. The County’s core businesses are public safety, public health, environmental protection, regional planning, public assistance, social services and aviation. The County of Orange may have over 100+ locations/facilities that may require servicing throughout the County. The County Procurement Office (CPO) is looking to partner with a qualified Hazardous Waste Disposal Services company or companies who could provide comprehensive Hazardous Waste Disposal services in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. CPO will be establishing a new contract for Hazardous Waste Disposal Services (no incumbent vendor currently), and usage will be on an as-needed basis.

SCOPE OF WORK – A-E ON-CALL STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING A-E professional services shall include, but not be limited to performing engineering investigation/inspection and evaluation/assessment studies, site specific building analyses/studies, structural building design/analysis, structural calculations, including foundation, gravity and lateral analysis, cost estimating, peer reviews; reviewing, evaluating, and/or developing structural construction documents, including technical design specifications and reports; utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD for development of construction documents; providing permit assistance/support, and construction support and administration; and ensuring that these items meet the applicable current standards/guidelines, codes, and regulations.

Scope of Work Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts and material required to provide Variable Frequency Drive Maintenance And Repair at all John Wayne Airport (JWA) locations. A variable-frequency drive (VFD) (also termed adjustable-frequency drive, variable-speed drive, AC drive, micro drive or inverter drive) is a type of adjustable-speed drive used in electro-mechanical drive systems to control AC motor speed and torque by varying motor input frequency and voltage. Contractor is solely responsible for verifying all details in Scope of Work.
