DESCRIPTION OF WORK The long-term maintenance activities described in this section shall be performed within the Wagon Wheel Creek Project revegetation areas, both mitigation and non-mitigation, approximately weekly for one year, renewed annually for a total of four years or until regulatory agency approval is received. The maintenance tasks described below shall be performed by the Contractor under the direction of the Biological Monitor and/or County staff. The intent of the maintenance program is to facilitate the successful establishment of self-sustainable native plant species and compliance with final performance criteria. The County shall approve any needed revisions to the specified schedule and methodologies in coordination with the Biological Monitor.
