SCOPE OF SERVICES The CMARE becomes a collaborative member of the County’s project team members. The CMARE will support the County’s project team members during the Pre-Construction phase and Construction phase and will potentially hold the construction Contract for the project. Following completion of the project constructability review, but prior to construction, the CMARE will assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract. The CMARE will be responsible for construction means and methods, budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling, constructability review and valued engineering studies and may be required to solicit Proposals from subcontractors to perform the work
