PROJECT DESCRIPTION The goal of the project is to design the construction of one (1) groundwater well and two (2) monitoring wells in the Chino Basin, as shown in Attachment “A”, or in a nearby similar location as determined by the Authority. The scope of work includes: Preparing and/or validating the current CDA PDR and extraction well and monitoring well design documents, Creating a bid package for well drilling and well construction, and Performing inspection and field oversight during well development and construction.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, supervision, labor and incidentals required to complete the above stated project. The work includes removal, recycling, and replacement of failed asphalt concrete, installing asphalt concrete overlays, slurry seals, berms, pavement markings and lane striping replacements, traffic control, and public notification as described in the specifications. Construct or reconstruct concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and pedestrian ramps. List of overlay and slurry seal streets, locations, description of work, estimated quantities and a vicinity map is attached as exhibits. Separate plans are referenced in the bid document.
