Scope of Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors for Window Blind, installation and repair service. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and aesthetics of window blinds in our facilities.

Scope of Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide routine maintenance, emergency services, and non-maintenance services associated with properties, buildings, facilities, and infrastructure owned and operated by California State University, Northridge. The scope of this request is specific to generator services. If multiple Contractors are selected, the University will endeavor to divide the work based upon the needs of the campus and the experience and expertise of the Contractors.

SCOPE OF WORK:Provide all labor, equipment, and roofing materials to install over properly prepared substrate Base Bid: 1200 Bldg Powerwash and clean the roof of debris and dirt. Apply ½” woodfiber coverboard over the existing roof system. Install crickets on the high side of all equipment. Apply ½” woodfiber coverboard over the existing roof system. Apply 80 mil modified base sheet – Stressbase 80 – in type IV hot asphalt. Apply Stressply Plus Plus Mineral in type IV hot asphalt

DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Work is located in Santa Cruz County, and extends from Research Park Ct to Cory St, along Research Park Dr. is . Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, replacing the existing On-Sited Generated Hypochlorite System and installing a new one and all other Work required in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work is located at the located within the existing City-owned Beltz 12 Water Treatment Plant, at 2750 Research Park Drive, Soquel, CA 95073. The Project includes constructing the Work broadly described below, in accordance with the Contract Documents, with all related appurtenances.

SCOPE OF WORK: 1) 579,789 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling; 2) 5,500 tons of asphalt placement; 3) 4,764 S.F. of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of sidewalk; 4) 48 sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of curb ramps; 5) 1,562 S.F. of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of concrete cross and/or longitudinal gutter; 6) 776 L.F. of concrete sidewalk grinding; 7) 100 L.F. of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of concrete curb and gutter; 8) 2,398 S.Y. of crack seal treatment; 9) 67 sewer manhole frame and cover replacement; 10) 33 water valve assembly replacement; 11) traffic signing and pavement delineation; 12) construction surveying; and 13) all appurtenant work as provided in the Proposed Schedule of Work and Prices.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Work generally consists of: Demolition, Clearing and Grubbing, Site Grading, Placing Aggregate Base, PCC Curb & Gutter, Relocating Signs and mailboxes, PCC Sidewalk, PCC Curb ramp, PCC Driveway, PCC Cross-gutter and Spandrel, and other related work.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and and other incidental work for: Providing scour countermeasures at Piers 2, 3, 4, and 5; and the construction of a temporary access road and temporary trestle to reach Pier 3 during construction.. At Pier 3, Class IX two-ton riprap will be embedded at a minimum depth of 9 feet and extend 24 feet in all directions around the pier. On Piers 2 and 4, magnetic sliding collars will be attached to the face of the pier with rods driven or augured a minimum of 24 feet into the streambed. On Pier 5, a scour chain and bead monitor will be installed.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project includes: repair of a large structural wall of a Multi-purpose building that was damaged by water intrusion. Scope includes replace all damaged building parts as required. Provide and install new weather resistive barrier, stucco, and roof flashing, and rusted fire sprinkler system brackets (brackets provided by owner). The anticipated construction start date is May 13th, 2024.
